Food could have been fresher. Some of the rice was crispy.

The shrimp was really good. The broccoli was too crunchy. The fried rice was average. The egg roll had a bitter taste.

Overall every time I go there it seems to be an okay experience but today I went and the guy that was serving the person in front of me ended up ringing her up as well. Kept his gloves on the whole time he was doing the transaction, took cash from her and counted it and that's where I saw that he still had his gloves on. He then proceeded to come help me after and did not change his gloves. It's so inconsiderate to do this because you could cause somebody else to be infected with a cold or flu, or something else, it's just disgusting. We all know money is very dirty, and for you not to take your gloves off and exchange them or wash your hands at least before you help the next customer just shows the respect you have for me and other people.

Long line... always. Super fresh food and generous portion... almost always. Nice large spacious dining area. Enjoy all of the stir fried dishes; mixed vegetables, string bean chicken, mushroom chicken, broccoli beef, and the spicy shrimp are also fantastic. Not a fan of the Orange Chicken but everyone else seems to like it.Decent value for the portion size received if you order the 3 entree and take leftovers. Bit overpriced for just the bowl at $9 now.

They need new management in this place. Just got home and they didnt put my orange chicken in my plate. They continue to put that the food is ready and I get a text saying the food is but once I go to the store I still have to wait 15 minutes. This location is being dishonest about their ready times to corporate.

I’ve never been a huge Panda Express fan, but this location has turned me in to a BIG fan. In my previous experiences with other locations over the years, food and service was always equally terrible. I originally went to this location just to get spring rolls because I thought it would be a safe choice. The staff were so friendly, the presentation of the food was amazing and everything was freshly made. After eating my spring rolls (which were delicious) I decided to go back an hour later and get a family meal. The place was packed, line was out the door, and they were super busy with to go orders as well. Even so, staff were very professional and friendly. As I was waiting for some of my order to be made, a manager came to ask me what I was waiting on and he expedited things for me…which wasn’t necessary but it was very nice of him. The restaurant is also very clean and I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes for my freshly made order. Last but definitely not least the food was amazing. Best chow men I’ve ever had and the orange chicken is absolutely delicious. I also got the fried rice, mushroom chicken, black pepper angus steak, and kung pao chicken-all very good. Food and service is much better than some of the local Chinese restaurants I’ve tried in the area. Thank you to the staff on 12/21/2023 for a great experience.

I wanted to give Kudos to Joseph manager at this restaurant. I saw him cleaning the edges of the floor of the restaurant by hand using magic eraser. I asked him what he was doing and he told me when they clean the floor the machine can’t reach close to the wall so he is doing it by hand. He could have given this job assignment to any his employees but he is doing it instead. Joseph said how can he tell his employees to do it if he is not willing to do it himself. A true leader. Great work ethic. He deserves a raise.

The food was great, but they restaurant was extremely uncomfortable. The only thing for big groups are uncomfortable bar stools. And for small groups are terrible chairs that make you sit in weird positions. This place doesn't want their customers to stay very long.

Put in our order but we had to wait until the food came out so the manager and employees offered us free fountain drinks which they didn't have to do! They're too kind and so personable and I highly recommend this place. Extremely friendly ... do not do not loose your employees at this location especially the manager Jospeh

First time here. Came to pick up an order placed online with a pickup time of 6:20 pm. It's a Friday afternoon (09/11/23) I expect it to be busy. So imagine my surprise when I received a text at 5:29 pm saying my order is ready! I rushed through my shopping so I could pick up my order and I arrive at Panda at around 6 pm. Order wasn't ready and I was told that their system does that sometimes. I'm thinking that they gave away my order but who knows? Anyway, the guy who helped me gave me a cup for a free drink while I wait an additional 10+ minutes for my order. A minor, not major inconvenience. Food was good, no issues.Recommend? YesReturn? Yes, and hopefully next time, the app won't act up

Service was garbage we ordered our meal from this location upon delivery we noticed one of our items was not complete and seeing how they charged us. We proceeded to call the store. After talking to the employee which they had no clue yet these guys want to be paid 15 an hour. They can't even spell their own name let alone complete an order. Joseph the supposed store manager was very rude and hung up on my wife! So she calls back and ask to speak to someone of higher ranking and if not could he give us corporates number In which he said we don't have it and you can google it. So Joseph I put a complaint in on you so hopefully district manager has some words for you.

Unbelievable, only gave me broccoli when I ordered broccoli and beef. If I’m paying a lot of money I should get what I’m paying for.
