Always quick, always good, Papa Murphys is our go to once or twice a month for a satisfying meal after a long day. The staff is friendly and accommodating at this location and the pizza is always made right.

papa Murphys in sparks has horrible customer service Mgr CJ is a idiot!! very very rude told him they made my pizza all wrong and told me to bring it back and said I could not because I would not be back in sparks for a week and a half and expected me to keep the wrong pizza for the that length of time and told him that was not a option then he up the phone on me This MGR CJ needs to be fired!!! you can not talk rude to a paying customer

I ordered my pizza over the phone and it was already done by the time I drove over! Amazing speed! The price also wasn't too bad for the size of the pizza I got!Upon taking the pizza home and heating it up me and my folks sat down to enjoy the pizza! It was absolutely delicious and flavorful! The only complaint we had was that the crust was pretty thin and a bit crunchy. But otherwise it was a great pizza for a decent price! It's no wonder that it's a common occasional treat for us!

The pizza is not terrible. It is better than a Red Baron. I was chastised a little bit for a 20 percent tip on a 11 dollar tab. The assembly line that put the correct weight of pepperoni and cheese on the crust didn't work hard enough for me to give a tip greater than 20 percent. They did not cook or deliver the pizza. I will not be going back for a few years, I will return after all the employees graduate or retire.

They don't put much on the pizza anymore. Very disappointing. Had to add my own toppings. Found out they are already prepared so you get what you get. It was my first trip to Murphys in a few years. Won't go back.

They tried to kill me by hiding vegetables, tomatoes and onions inside my stuffed pizza. I ordered chicken , bacon on white sauce. That's it. Why would they do this to me
Your sign says that you close at 8:00, but your doors were locked and the place was cleaned up at 7:40. Please change your closing time to 7:30 if you want to get home earlier. It's really frustrating for your customers to rush over before closing to find that everyone wanted to skip out early.

This is my neighborhood Papa Murphy's and we have had pretty good luck here. Good service and good product, consistently. Orders seem to run on time or pretty close to it. I do order online ahead of time, however. We love the variety of fresh toppings and they don't seem to be stingy with them, either. We like the thin crust option and for about the same price as that cheapo awful toga pizza chain, we get fresh ingredients like spinach, chopped tomatoes, artichoke hearts, feta...you won't find any of that at that nasty "pizza pizza" place. Our new favorite is the Greek Pepperoni, SO sooo good!!! I signed up for MySlice rewards, and now I get offers and rewards when I purchase, too, so win-win. My kids love the Mini Murphs, which is a little DIY pizza kit for kids. The only issue I've ever had at this particular location is it seems like the Mini Murphs must be this thing employees hate to make, because I have waited after the rest of my order was done for someone to make the Minis...like, was I supposed to leave without them? They probably aren't the easiest, fastest item to make...so, now I give myself plenty of time before I want to pick up my order, like an hour if possible, and also try not to order during "peak" pizza time (dinner hours, weekends) and haven't had any problems with the Minis since. Overall, we like the fresh, quality ingredients at a price point that rivals toga place, it's easy and convenient to order ahead online, and I like getting rewarded for pizza I was going to buy anyway~!

Horrible papa murphys on vistaGot there at 730, everything was dark and shut down. 2 teenage workers were standing around doing nothing. I asked if they were closed and said no but they were closing soon. Everything was gone, nothing was out. I said can I get a pizza and the both looked at each other and scowled. They called out another name and this other teenager came behind the counter. He has this disgusting look on his face and said what can I get you. That was enough for me and my family, we walked out totally feeling like it was so wrong that we wanted a pizza at 730 at night, how dare we. I will not be going back unless the owner reaches out to me or even corporate. If I ever did this when I was young, I would have been fired immediately. I stayed around for a bit trying to decide where to eat now, to my surprise I saw one of the teenagers come lock the door, it was only 7:50, hope you didn’t want a pizza.Too bad always loved their pizzas

I order pizza and salad and forgot my card to pay. I told the girl that helped me said that be fine. So I left head back to the house to get my card. We got back at about 740 pm this place closed at 8 pm when I walked in to the store the girl remember me and went head to fill are order the kid that she was working with was very rude and very unprofessional and the food that he made us was not very appetizing. And to get 30% off are order well she would let me get it off my phone when I was trying to get the promo code off there and here is a picture of the cowboy pizza that we order. well I think Domino's or pizza hut you be less aggrieved only pay more for sure. But until thus company dose something about this I will not return to this store.
