Quality went down terribly and prices up insanely. A few times I’ve ordered and tuna/salmon slices have been cut up super small. Scoops of crab salad and sea weed are super small. Majority is rice. Wonton chips are like fried paper. Sad to see this place go down been coming her for a while

I have an addiction to poke bowls I swear! With that being said I go to poke king frequently! I travel a lot for work and have had many other competitors. The other locations just don’t seem to get my bowl correctly. So when I’m home every other week I make sure to visit poke king a few times. If you are looking for a friendly staff that knows how to properly make a poke bowl look no further! I recommend poke king to coworkers, neighbors, friends and family! The atmosphere is always nice and even when they are super busy they don’t lack quality! They also don’t rush their customers. The staff is amazing the bowls are delicious and there is more than enough parking for everyone!
I love the poke bowls ... always fresh ingredients, great food ... and I like the ice-cream macaroons and drinks.

I arrived here kind of late ( about an hour before closing ) and thankfully the young man and woman inside were pretty helpful as I needed to text myself the receipt. All of the food I ordered was pretty great! What made it even more interesting is that they had spicy salmon here. Not most poke restaurants have this at all and I of course tried the ice cream mochi balls and those were also fantastic!I would definitely recommend this place and come back any time I am in Reno/Sparks.Parking: Parking was not an issue here at all

As a Vegas local with many poke bowls all around the city, coming to Reno for the very first time and trying this poke place has exceeded my expectations. The amount of food you receive for the price you pay is really worth it. They have a wide variety of proteins and toppings to choose from and everything tastes so good!! I will definitely be coming back here for another bowl of poke before I fly out back home to Vegas. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in the Sparks area!!
Poke King is a "clutch" spot for me. I have been coming here quite a few times and every time it is just as fantastic as the previous visit. Unfortunately my orders have always be "to-go-order" but I appreciate the consistency in the freshness of their food, the kindness in their customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I always go for their shrimp, tuna, sometimes throw a little bit of scallops every now and then, but also some cucumber, seaweed strips, unagi and spicy mayo for the sauces and it's perfections for me!! Very delicious and it always hits spot. Especially if you have some seaweed wraps on the side to put your poke on top of, YUM!!! I love Poke King!! Thank you!!

Terrible and I actually contacted and was completely ignored. I was A fan for years but customer service doesn't seem to be a priority. It may of just been a bad batch but at least reach out

Ok so I finally went into the location and picked up some lunch because I was out and about. I got the same thing I always get. Large poke, Tuna, Hamachi, Salmon.... The food has been delicious every time I've ordered from Poke King. I dropped my review down from 5 stars to 3 because of the quality of customer service I received from the two girls behind the counter. I felt as if I couldn't be more of a bother have have walked in that door. The tone when speaking to a customer made me wonder why they both come back to a job they clearly do not like. After I payed, I reached into my wallet to still tip, thinking maybe it might bring a smile or better attitude out of them. Nope! She actually scoffed and walked away from the register. The food is great but I'll come back when the customer service improves.

Update: Since writing this review the Poke King team contacted me and stated that I should be receiving a refund for our meal since it was not up to their standards. I was impressed by the promptness of their response and their understanding. It is nice to see that good customer service still exists!
