If I wanted a loaf of bread I would have went to the grocery store. Sandwich had hardly any meat, cheese , or condiments and I asked for extra vinager and oregano and there’s barely any of that either. I see how port of subs is dealing with inflation, there screwing the customer. I have been here in a long time and I’m starting to remember why

Staff was nice, but very disappointed in food. Bread tasted stale and very little fixings and meat on sandwich. Honestly got a stomach ache from eating here. Definitely will not come back to this store.

This store manger is a disgusting person. I called him out on his unprofessionilsm and he called the police on me lol! If you want a great experience and fresh food i suggest u go somewhere else. Subway gave me exceptional service and i didnt feel like i was annoying them, i contacted customer service for the horrible customer service and this is what i got Hello Brandon,Your complaint was forwarded to us by our HR Dept, who does not handle customer complaints. We have spoken to the store owner regarding the situation and due to not being a paying customer and to recent vandalism to stores in the shopping center, their restroom is not open to the public and he mentioned that was explained when you visited. We apologize for any issues this may have caused but there is no further action for us to take.Thanks,Port of Subs® Customer Service DepartmentAvoid this store at all costs this guy doesnt even wear gloves and he looks like a creep

Having issues placing an order online and was able to call the store for further assistance. The lady that answer was super helpful and informative on the possible reason why my order was not being placed. She provided me with the manager AJ's phone number.My entire office appreciates the quality of service that this location provides.AJ you are doing an amazing job and you have an awesome staff. This location is very disappointing, I go to port of subs for freshly baked bread and fresh ingredients that I thought was guaranteed since every establishment takes pride and has signs on the walls. I came here shortly after they opened at 1115 and my large sandwich had old bread with no flavor, and hard, clearly not freshly baked bread from this morning. I gave it a chance and continued to eat hoping it was just the hard rounded corner but no, it became evident this was from the day before. It was obvious since the person took the bread out of a bag and as I exited I saw they had fresh baked bread on trays. I am so disappointed for spending my hard earned money on a meal I did not enjoy. I will not come back to this location.

Don't deserve even one star, ordered a double pastrami melt and there is still very little meat on the sandwich. Don't waste your time or money here. The capastrami has 5 times more meat than this double smfh

Well I wish I had walked out and not bought this food. First are questions were ignored we weren't even acknowledged when we asked for more toppings then they put on. Mu boyfriend asked for double meat and had it was barley more then mine which for a large was very little. I even made a comment how we won't be coming back and NIETHER employee seemed to care. They also seemed to dislike each other as the tension and the llabscense of communication to each other as well as to US the customer was down right rude and disrespectful all around. When I pay 17 dollars for a large sandwimhich and get 3 pickles and 10 olives and attitude I'm angry I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR GO BACK. They overcharged for a quarter of what the other locations would give and u feel like an unwelcome ghost with them not even respond when I asked " the the bread supposed to be green like that" port of subs is good food but not at this location. If these were my employees they'd been written up for the way the treat the customers and I serve food too.

Food was just fine, the usual for a Port of Subs. Friendly staff and food was yummy. However, the women's restroom was gross. No toilet seat covers. No toilet paper and no paper towels. The bathroom looked filthy. So I left and did not use the restroom. Also, the soda machine was out of syrup so it tasted terrible. I let a staff member know about the issues but no action was taken to restock or clean the bathroom. And the soda machine was also not taken care of.

I rarely eat inside but this time I had to wait until after the CVS pharmacy lunch break. They were out of smoky cheddar, unfortunately the factory burned down so I had regular cheddar.I took out my in ear hearing aids and one fell, skittering across the floor, with help from the staff, it was found behind the soda/drinks fridge.Whenever I post on Facebook that I'm going here, people who've moved away say they really miss the sandwiches, that's the biggest compliment I can think of for a sandwich shop, that people still crave them even though they've moved to another state.

We ordered two salads. The last three times we’ve had this salad it has been wrong. They mix up the ingredients, failed to give us dressing, put whatever ingredients they wanted to in it. Even the containers are different each time we go. Last time it was just covered in plastic wrap. I just don’t understand how hard it is to make a salad…. And of course they blatantly ask for a tip every single time.
