The employees working there the night we stopped in seemed to be more interested in their small talk instead of greeting welcoming their customers. For there having been 3 employees there that night, you would think the dining area would be kept up.. not the case here, let’s just say we were so close to eating out in our car instead.

My family got food poisened on Valentines Day. We purchased a sub platter and when we ate it seemed delicious. There was brown spots that we thought were seasoning, but the entire family got ill all nate and into next day. We called at 5pm and the store was not available to be notified. I have pictures to show just how many spores or what may be the cause

The sandwiches here are honestly terrible. I’m not sure what’s going on but the bread is SOOO BAD! The veggies are always on the fringe of being old and they put like one slice of meat on the sandwich. I’ve talked to the owner before and you can tell she could care less about the product they put out and care more about trying to cut corners and nickel and dime every sandwich. No lie the bread tastes like it was baked a week ago. It’s so hard and chewy, your jaw hurts after eating half your sandwich.

The girl with the glasses was very helpful and went out of her way to help me place a large catering order. The guy that was working was also super friendly. She explained to me step by step the easiest way to order and the day of pickup everything was perfect for my event. The food was great everyone got seconds! Everyone working the day of the order and the day pick up were all in a good mood even when cleaning the store. I'll 100% come back to this location for events and for my lunch break
We came in to buy 4 sandwiches the guy working the slicer greeted us and was very friendly, the lady actually making the sandwiches wasn't as friendly just had a mad face the whole time the sandwiches were made sloppy and there's something about her attitude the sandwiches just didn't look good or taste as good as usual. Cashier was also very friendly but this girl man she didn't even want to look at us. Like geez this is your job make the best of it!! And I did tip them because I'm not a jerk but will not be buying from this location again. Very disappointing

This store was amazing accommodating my last minute request for 11 trays to Feed 150 people at work. I called other locations and they declined my request. Sunita and the staff at the Galleria location stepped up and came through for me! Thank you again!! As usual it was so good!

4.5 stars. Been here once to grab a sandwich. Came in while the staff was working on a large order so I wasn't greeted for several minutes. In fact, it wasn't until another customer walked in that I was greeted and asked to wait. The food was fine, no issues.Recommend? Yes.Return? Yes, if I'm ever in the area again.

They use leftover bread from other orders to make sandwiches. I don’t want some workers crusty hands making my sandwich from someone else scrap. If you can’t pay attention an use fresh bread then you should get an easier job or gain some common
