After a change in ownership the sandwiches ? were sub par ... very little Meat and dry bread rolls !! Wishing they didn't change hands ... the one !! Spanish Springs is not the same ether think it was bought by the same people ? !! I guess we will be trying Subway and hoping for better results !!

Gah this pains me to leave a poor review of Port of Subs but we had four friends all get sick after eating here for lunch on two separate days. We suspect that the common denominatior was the Mayo. Never again. They heated up the lunch meat for hot pastrami in zip lock bags which seemed unsanitary.

Went there 11/7/23 and they were so nice. I was a little confusing but they totally understood what I was asking for. This is the very first time we were given fresh bread. They made the sandwiches perfectly and were very delicious. The only negative would be the meat is sliced way too thin and spaced with large gaps between each slice. They make a ton of profit on each sandwich, so it is disappointing to pay so much and get so little...only the meat they skimp on...the while point if the sandwich. But all in all, it was good and way better then the old owner ran the store. A flat sandwich with hardly anything on it is what was sold when it first opened after Subway went out of business.

I've been there numerous times and more than once they have overcharged me. They are either incompetent or deceitful. They have corrected their mistakes when I point them out, but I'd advise you to double-check that they charge you the price they advertise.

They are incredibly stingy with their meat portions every time I go here. I ordered a #7 with double meat and it wasn't even a normal serving's worth. But this seems par for the course with every Port of Subs franchise lately. At least the restaurant was clean, though.

Well I have to say I have never had this hard a time picking up a mobile order before. On 05/19/23 at around 6:45 I went to pick up my order. The mgr (I guess Muslim and does not understand English well) made me repeat my name 6 (six) times to get my order. Makes no sense. And to top it off, when I got home my order was wrong. Not only was it the wrong sandwich but they were missing an item.Mgr was rude and incompetent, avoid at all costs!

First visit had a folded rubber mat in the doorway entry and they didn't have a cheese for one of my sandwiches. Second visit (weeks later) ,there was a folded rubber mat still partially in the doorway and no sauce for the hot meatball sandwich. They are in the Raley's shopping area and can't walk to purchase sauce?

A poor performance, a sloppy joe style presentation. The inconsistency and over abundance of mayonnaise, I paid for a platter and got 50$ worth of mayonnaise and 10$ of mess. The platter was disheveled and greasy from mayo. I have purchased 6 platters in 3 month, may find a better sub alternative now!
