I wanted to think they were having a bad day, but no they are being cheap and stingy. I used to go once a week, and loved that it was a good value and in my opinion the healthiest option for takeout. But the last time I went I clearly saw she was skimping on everything! She got to the brisket and it was barely a mouthful and reminded her you charge more brisket and to put the "normal" amount on. When I got to the register she said to charge me for a double portion. NO WAY!!! Stop with the price gouging! Very disappointing.

I ordered fajita veggies bowl and kids nachos online.. I got veggie bowl only with rice and beans in a small bowl ..there’s no veggie and salsa on it which I ordered with.The kid’s nachos is the worst part here because they gave some cheesy sauce in a small bowl without any nachos and there’s anything else on it.they didn’t have the juice and sides I ordered with nachos ..do we have to drink just the sauce?????WORST EVER

We have been customers of qdoba for a long time but their prices are just getting ridiculous and reading through these reviews I sense we are not the only ones noticing this. I understand they don’t do smothered/wet burritos anymore and I am willing to pay for extra cheese but I paid almost $20 get a burrito with two splatters of queso on top. These weren’t even actual sides of queso as they were charged. When I question the cashier why I am paying $32 for two entrees his response is “yea its expensive.”

I go here frequently but I am always unhappy with their service. The people employees even managers are not too friendly and always act so rude. I like their food even if they are very stingy with their portions and this happens every time I come here. I don’t know why I still go here. But between this place and chipotle it’s 100% chipotle.Qdoba neds to improve their service and be nice to your customers.

Overpriced food. I ordered a small bowl this morning with egg and potato. I asked for extra egg, but I didn't get meat. I also did not get queso. Price was almost $9.00 for something that cost them maybe $2.00. This is the only location that charges you extra for everything. Yesterday, I went there and it was only $6 something, and I got bacon. Food or service definitely not worth it.

I ordered a bowl today and charged me $17.27 for a bowl! What? For a bowl? ? I got screwed up, I think. Wth. Last time I ordered the same thing got charged for $12. Holy Molly! I don't know what happened. Not going back here.

Love Qdoba. This location is my local one and they are great. Friendly faces and good burritos. The impossible "meat" is delicious. I am.sad they are going to not carry it but If you are looking for a quality fast food burrito I can think of much better.Vegetarian options: Go with the impossible "meat" it's flavored well and plant based. They have a large selection of other vegetable options to add to it and it is super good
