Felt discriminated! Everyone around us was getting better service then usCame to have dinner with my family of 4 at Red Robin on a Thursday. We are Mexican-American and proud to be both!The place wasn’t full, but wasn’t empty and a bad experience with service at this locationso note to self drive the extra 15 to 20 minutes to their other location on Kitzke for better service and a manager, who comes around, making sure you’re happy with you meal and serviceAnd I like coming to Red Robin because of their bottomless fries, but they weren’t bottomless here,So as soon as we get seated, we wait 10 minutes for our waitress to greet us and when we finally meet are waitress, we get told sorry were shortstaffed I’ll be right with you then for her to disappear from the floor for 10 to 15 minutes then pop up to properly greet the new family that came in!After finally asked take our drinks, but then I say we already know what we want too, so we don’t have to wait long but we still did have to wait quite a bitAnd normally not the type of person to write a review, I had to!! And I’m a very understanding and patient person, but when there’s 2 waitresses one for each side of the place and 3 buster can you imagine if they were actually full how the service would be.

The food is very good. We didn't wait any time at all after seating. A server came right up and got our drink order. Soon after, the food order. Was exceedingly pleased all in all.Vegetarian options: If veggies are your thing, Red Robin has many items to choose from.Dietary restrictions: For people that have restrictions on what they may or may not have, the servers are well educated in assisting you with your selections.

This was a take out order from app. Ordered a plain burger add mayo and ketchup, ordered a chicken teriyaki with extra teriyaki and southern charm with thousand island and island heat . No ketchup or mayo for plain no teriyaki sauce on chicken teriyaki and no island heat sauce. Next time even tho I asked if all the sauce was in there better check it and make sure.

Horrible. We are an African American couple that would normally love to enjoy this place. Lately, we’ve been told where we can’t sit by the lady in the front. Once the server meets us and we ask him or her can we sit somewhere else, they are perfectly fine with it. During our last visit, the waiter made a comment and stated that everyone in the kitchen was “high” which is why they continued to get our orders wrong. We will not be returning to this location. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR.

Kid-friendliness: This would be the place to go with your family, they do have a bar but it is separated from the dining area.
Not impressed. 4 of us came here for dinner. The place was not busy, but the food took forever, meaning at least 40 or 50 minutes.Ricky was not attentive and got two things wrong on our order.The house crew (at least 4) was standing in the kitchen, talking, witch one of the gals holding a plate of food for a customer.We usually go the Red Ribin in Redding where they do a great job, and are way faster, and check on us with better frequency.

Was not too impressed with the fish and chips. The chicken fingers my grand daughter had were hard. Grandson liked the Mac n cheese and son liked his Swiss burger but was not over impressed. It's a friendly place to go. But they always seem in a rush. I get it but it made the elderly couple next to us nervous.
