Sat there for an hour and a half and they brought my daughters but then came out to say they forgot to cook ours. Manager did apologize but ridiculous, apparently they did this to the table next to us as well. In that whole time never even came out to refill my drink or apologize for the wait.

This restaurant has really changed. The quality of food has significantly declined. There's a captive audience of hotel patrons. There does not appear to be a desire to please. It appears the idea of maximizing revenue has overshadowed putting out a good product.

Food was fantastic. No pics cz we devoured it. We had the fried chicken dinner. The portion was hefty and the flavor was on point! We also had their breakfast plates and they were all amazing!

The atmosphere, decor, and staff seemed pretty pleasant and inviting. But the meatballs were straight up gray, flavorless, just blah, frozen. The mashed potatoes were from the box, no seasoning, nothing to make them taste good, no love. The only decent food was my kid’s fries but it took so long for us to get our food that my kid fell asleep before the food arrived. We never got refills cuz our server was busy, I guess ?‍♀️ only saw him when he brought the check and to get our drink order, but it was different people who brought the drinks and food. Then the water I ordered… I received some watered down pink drink ?‍♀️ IDK.Finally, everything was waaaay overpriced for the quality that we got. We were hungry, it was snowing, but NOT WORTH IT!!!

The chili was from a can, thanks Hormel! The chicken quesadilla came with brown lettuce and brown guacamole, the hash browns were just hash browns straight from a bag. Don’t waste you time or your money here. I could have bought better quality food and ingredients from Walmart. There’s nothing “cafe” about the place.

We went to the Nugget in Sparks for the FIRST TIME since the ownership change on March 25th, 2024, and we literally did not know what to expect. We really wanted to visit the Steakhouse where they served DELICIOUS steak sandwiches. Alas, the Steakhouse is no more, nor is the little coffeeshop at the front. Oyster Bar is still there, as is Rosie's Cafe, so we went to Rosie's ( 3:00 in the afternoon). Rosie's is exactly as we remembered, warm and comfortable. Linda was our server, and she was simply wonderful. Friendly, helpful and so personable. The food was very good, and the service was great. We may return in the next couple of months to visit the "Chophouse", whatever that is! We wish the new Nugget all the best in the future.

We had an amazing and fun experience at breakfast this morning. Cheryl was so fun and friendly! Our order was perfect, fast, and served with more laughter and kindness than I can express! We appreciated Cheryl's hard work, friendly banter, kindness, and well wishes for a safe trip home (it was snowing). Until next time....

The food was delicious as always. The service we had by Megan was great! If it wasn't for Megan's great service & professionalism I don't think I would ever go back. You're probably wondering by now??? One employee is spoiling it for those good people! The restaurant wasn't terrible busy and Cheryl decided to act like a two year old and throw a temper tantrum!!! She got upset with other servers it appeared. She throws both her hands up in the air and in the middle of the restaurant say "guys that's it I've had enough. The party is over"!! Yes every customer in the restaurant look. Everyone heard her! I spoke to the manager but my opinion is not much will be done! After my conversation with the manager Cheryl is speaking to the guest behind me. She's whining to them about the servers & how she doesn't make any money there! How she had to rent her house out because she can't the payments. So she rented it out for $400.00 a month!! TMI!!! Maybe she should considering other employment if she's so unhappy with her job!!! I was a district manager in food service for a major hotel. If I had an employee throw a temper tantrum like she did today I would have fired her immediately! Her bad attitude isn't good for business or the moral of the other servers! How does she keep her job???? I gave Rosie's 4 stars because of this unruly employee!!

Rosie’s cafe is a complete joke. Great food, but horrible staff. I’m a dentist, traveling with my 6 year old son. I was charging our order too my room, and she said, I need to see your ID, get a lot of homeless. I was like, I’ve eaten here 2 times already and never had a problem. I’m horrified and disgusted by a waitress treated a doctor like that. Don’t get me wrong! I was a waiter all 8 years of college, and I’ve never ever treated anyone like that, ever, and I’ve made something of myself. And to be treated like that, I’m literally horrified. I will never ever stay here again, nor will I eat at Rosie’s Cafe. They are a bullion dollar company, so it doesn’t matter. But I’m still disgusted by their behavior.

Service by (most) the staff is excellent. However, quality of the food lacks. Upon dining here for breakfast we found a very long hair in our pancakes. But no biggie, we send it back and they give us a new one. Problem solved, albeit a little uncomfortable feeling. However the staff were apologetic and showed no trouble. The mashed potatoes I had were served with a fry on it(I had no idea how that happened) and some of the parts were very stiff. Mashed potatoes should really be soft all throughout. When I went up to pay I had a lady rush me a little saying with an attitude "well first of all you have to give me the receipt." I understand that this can just be the way people talk but it came off as a little rude. So that was not the best experience.

What a rip off. Long waits with nobody eating in there. Very pricey for quality and amount of food. Took 15 minutes to pay my tag with one person ahead of me

The best food they have had in long time. Much improved from previous years. New owners seem to have stepped it up.

This place is a Joke. Ordered the Shrimp Scampi + Tip = $30 for take out. I got some nice raw noodles, no flavor, and about 8 little miniature shrimp(half of my takeout plate was empty because of the portion size they serve you) Lady at cashier/counter makes you feel guilty by saying “I think they ask you for tip when you slide your card”…..place is a joke. Eat at another place inside the Nugget ?
