I've been to multiple Starbucks and this one by far is the worst. They charge more for a drink, service is so slow, and they let the line go so long that no one else decide to jump in the register. Nightmare of it all of that you can't even order ahead of time to pick up drinks.Covid or no Covid, the register person kept touching her face, mouth, hair and touch the customers phone. I sure hope she doesn't make drinks with that bad habit.

The prices here are more than twice what they are near my home in Monterey, which isn't exactly known for its cheap anything. I guess I expect a casino company to gouge all customers, but their bad reputation has now splashed onto Starbucks.

One of the worst location and employees. App order took over 30 minutes to make, the people behind the counter were making drinks for friends before other people who ordered before them were made.

This place opens before the rest of the eateries at the resort, so I came here about five mornings in a row for early breakfast and it was consistently good, hot, and quick. Friendly staff and nice area to sit and relax helps. They do get busy like all of them so go early if you can.
I had been coming to Starbucks throughout my stay at this hotel and everything was okay the first few times. Most of the times I payed with card but this one time I decided to pay with cash and that was when I was informed by the employee that they had a coin shortage and I was like okay thats fine. My total for one drink was 9.80 and my change back was supposed to be 0.20 cents and when the employee didn't find those 0.20 cents in the cash register. That's when she took the tip box and slammed it down on to the cashier box flinging the 3 dollar bills in there onto the register. That is when she started looking for 0.20 cents from inside the tip box but with some sort of anger and frustration. At the end I ended up telling her to keep my 0.20 cents because of how angered she seemed. I get its frustrating to take out from your own tip but you also shouldn't reflect those negative feelings onto the customer and work you do just because you could not find 0.20 cents in the register. I personally think the prices are also too high as well.

Its not about this Starbucks specifically or staff. Its about price and food quality. We pay 30$ for 2 teas and 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches was taste like a plastic, and tea was impossible to drink because temperature was boiling in a cup there was 2 tea bags in every cup.

I ordered the feta spinach wrap and while I was eating it I thought it tasted good, however I later started to have stomach pains that grew worse and worse. Eventually I came to the conclusion I had food poisoning since I was throwing up the whole night. I only ate one other meal that day and I had shared it with someone who had no food poisoning symptoms. Don’t go here unless you wanna throw up for days. If i could give this place less than one star, I would. The plain black coffee was the best thing this starbucks had to offer.

Have a charge on my account for $14.39 for one venti iced coffee with almond milk? Which wasn’t even made with almond milk like I request. Find another Starbucks this place is a rip off and apparently had incompetent employees.
