Usually I really enjoy most of the workers. There are quite a few I really appreciate. However, I go in there everyday and I'm not sure why/ how drastically the difference of the same drink I get EVERYDAY is? I can tell as soon as I see it that it's going to be gross. How is it so inconsistent? It's always the same people who make it wrong/gross and the same people who make it really good! I don't understand that especially with how much I spend to get the same EXACT drink(s) everyday. I also don't understand why I pay EXTRA for more pumps of something if I can tell they didn't do it? I know it won't probably matter and might actually make most of the baristas happy to know that I think I'm going to try a different location or just go to a different business entirely. I'm upset at how often I bite my tongue over it.

4 employees standing around talking and I had to wait for the one guy cleaning the table area to come back behind the counter to place my order. Seems since at least two of them had drive-through headsets on one of them could have taken the order, but I guess that would have disturbed their me time.

Starbucks had always been my go to place. This one is under staffed for the extreme amount of people who stop in there in the morning. I’ve never waited more then 10 minutes for my coffee. I waited almost 25 minutes. And I was late for work.

Ran to this one because it was closer to where I was going. Second time they messed my drink up. I got a grill cheese today and it was cold. Not friendly and take forever getting a order
Paying $4 for a cup of ice instead of a Machta Latte isn't uplifting.The quality of this place has gone down in recent years.

Got a sandwich and a drink from this location. After waiting additional 20 minutes for my drink, I asked if they could actually eat my sandwich since it was still cold, and I was told no. How sad all three of the women working right now could have at least try to make it right or offered to give me a new sandwich, instead, after I threw it away in front of them, they laughed. Surely will never go here again, I think I'd rather drink antifreeze then be treated like this again, only name I was told is Emily, I hope corporate fixes this location and their Blanton disregard of the "barista promise"July 2nd 1:15pm

I always mobile order and I can never just go in and be out. This is the only location I have to wait more than 20 mins for a mobile order. And the thing is my coffee was ready when I finally asked about it. It was just sitting there behind the counter by the espresso machine. This happens way too often so I’m just going to avoid going back. I’m sure I can’t be the only one experiencing this at this location

Toxic rude energy from the employees here.. Mobile ordering is a nightmare here… they just look around dumbfounded when you ask about the order you placed 20 minutes ago. And it’s never ready lol. Just do yourself a favor and go to the other location by Raleys off Pyramid. :)
