We came in, and my wife was carrying her service dog, and we were greeted very rudely by someone behind the counter telling us we couldn't come in with our dog. I tried to explain that my wife was a veteran, and our puppy was a trained service animal. She didn't want to hear it. I got irritated, and we went down the street to the drive- thru and let them know what happened.

The staffs are blocking the customers from using the restroom. This location doesn’t have restroom facility.

They close the restroom an hour before the close time which is against the company policy. The staff yelled at me rudely.People come to Starbucks to have a good time with family/ friends and the staff being rude throws a wedge at the customer experience .

Parking for handicap and regular. Small parking lot, but there is parking a little further out.Pleasant staff. Many people in line, however, order was processed quickly.

Little disappointed in the Cinnamon Caramel Nitro; it wasn't even cold??Pretty weird. (We didn't realize until we drove off. )Then, I got a Java Chip Frappuccino and it had no real coffee or chocolate taste? Like there wasn't syrup or something?)This is a local spot my kids go to weekly and maybe it was just an off day.

Not only are the hours incorrect on their app, but the employee who greeted us at the drive thru was extremely rude about it! Clearly they need to teach their employees how to talk to customers. I get it being the end of your shift, but being snappy towards customers is NOT the way to relieve your stress. Will not be coming back to this location.

One of the few Starbucks I enjoy. Like most, the music is way too loud, and it's usually some genre of music that isn't calming or relaxing. Corporate - have you thought of just playing chill music or instrumentals? Or recommending this music to your franchises? Ppl go to Starbucks to converse or study, not to dance.Also - it seems they only hire females at this location. It's a common hiring bias throughout society, though, at the entry level... It's a well lit store though, and it's clean. Too many Starbucks are dim, and messy, all they need is smoke in the room to make it feel like a speak easy.
