Maybe it's just a generational thing, but I didn't sign up to be a Taco Bell employee. That's what it feels like when I'm turned away from the counter and directed to place my own order using the new touch menu kiosk thing. The food is okay, but I would say customer service is no longer a thing at Taco Bell. I'm done with them.

Not only did they get my order right but for the first time in my life I had hot burritos from Taco bell wow ?Food is you know just your regular Taco Bell not much to say about it but they did prepare my order right and added all ingredients they are supposed to.To Taco Bell corporate: You guys need to bring back Veg Fiesta burrito. It was every vegetarian's favorite. I don't understand why you would take it away. I can practically build the same burrito if I customize any of your burritos but it would cost 5x the price so not feasible.

Been here twice. First time they forgot to provide a taco for my combo. Second time came here and only drive thru was open with a long line . Normally the service is better and I hope they improve.

My family and I came in to eat. My daughter is still in a high chair. They were so dirty. I had to clean it myself. We ordered our food and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. When my wife asked if they started it yet. The lady started to yell at my wife. My wife asked for a refund and she walked away and ignored her. All you hear is the staff yelling at each other and not communicating at all. A guy ordered 4 slashes before we ordered and he was still waiting by time we left. The inside was so dirty. Just close the lobby and do drive through. Since they are the main focus. They don't communicate with the customers to tell them how much longer. DO BETTER!!
