Did the Taco Bell app & went to pick it up. They had it ready a few minutes after we got there. Hadn't done it that way before but will probably use that method again.Parking: A limited number of spots in front & side of the building.
I thought they were closed. It was dead and 530pm. The guy taking the order was great but when I got to the window started whispering which made me think 1. He may be sick or 2. Have a migraine. The meat sauce changed. Before the tacos were more milder. The meat tastes different too. The cheesy burrito with beans and rice was way too spicy.

Wow, NO customer service. Now you have no choice but to use the stupid kiosks. Service was very slow in the making of the food. Just threw the tray on the counter and walked away. They didn't call our name or bring it out. Taco Bell sure has gone way downhill.

Got to say this place has really turned it around. I think some of the shortcomings they had was epidemic with a lot of fast food chains but they've got some great staff there. Everyone seems happy to be working which is kind of a shock for a fetched food location. This Taco Bell always makes me what I want and if they can't they suggest something as close as possible. Not only they prompt and courteous and friendly and all that, I see that they're having a good time when they're working and it looks like whatever they're doing it just clicks. Nowadays everyone seems to order food to go but I like to sit down in the restaurant and it's very clean. Again seems really odd for a fast food chain but this feels more like a mom and pop outfit. That's what I like about it

Just left this location and it was terrible service. First off it took 15 minutes for our order which was as very small for 2 people. It took quite a bit of time for anyone to even come to the counter to assist. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap and made it vegan with no cheese or sour cream. I get home and there are zero black beans and meat I paid $5-6 for this item and I can’t even eat it as I am A VEGAN. So incredibly disappointed. The lady even asked about if we wanted cheese how did she miss that I ordered the black bean crunch wrap with ZERO mention of meat. I didn’t even have to ask for no meat, it comes MEATLESS. This is the first time in probably 10 years that I’ve been to Taco Bell and clearly there was a reason. Thanks for ruining my day, wasting my time and money.Vegetarian options: I ordered a vegan meal (no animal products) and they gave me a item riddled with meat. Vegans and vegetarians stay away from this location. Waste of time and money.

Service was decent and we got all our food items. 2 of our burritos had the label swapped so 2 of us ended up biting into the wrong burritos. All the food was either cold or only slightly warm as if it was already pre-made and had been waiting for someone to order it. We ordered a crunchwrap with no tomatoes and it had tomatoes, it was spicier than usual, there was barely any of the filling, and it stuck to the bag so much that shaking it did nothing and we had to tear open the bag to peel it off. The 5 layer burritos we got were mostly beans and it was rolled to be very short and was more tortilla than anything. The beefy melts lacked filling so it was a lot of tortilla too. We will be sticking to the location on Disc since we haven't had any issues with them.

Teach your Staff how to roll a Buritto. The top was beans, cheese was in the middle, and all the red sauce was on the bottom. Wouldn't hurt to have someone at the counter to take your order.

These guys are obviously doing their best and you can tell that they are almost all kid workers. I have no idea why so many reviews condemn them for their service, everybody was quite nice to me and very happy, excited to be working especially the manager, Aubree she’s the best with people. The people with bad reviews probably aren’t the most understanding unfortunately. Yes I have to admit the speed of their service isn’t very fast, although they are trying their best people!!! Remember don’t be rude to people who are only doing their jobs. This place is fantastic in my opinion!
