Same cost as Red Robin and the quality of the food surpassed Red Robin.The GM was amazing and answered all of our tedious questions. We have a medical needs adult daughter and the food was able to pass her utmost strict standards. The strawberry and Oreo cookie shake were beyond 5 stars. My husband's double cheeseburger and my teriyaki burger were great. The onion rings -hold onto your seats, had homemade batter on them, not your standard pull from the freezer by any means. Definitely returning.All full meals for three adults, what threw us over were the sides of onion rings and shakes.....

Not only were the burgers delicious, but the kind gentleman with the forearm tattoo at the register was super attentive to the guests and very quick to offer his help with cleaning up the tables or grabbing refills. Tried to grab his name but he didn’t have a name tag. Great job dude!

Johnathon (i think the manager) had outstanding customer service. I have an allergy and they accidently put butter on my bread. Johnathon caught it and helped correct the issue and was so sweet and kind about the mistake. He deserves a raise. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Was in drive thru line and didn't even order because it took so long for two cars in front of me to just place and then receive their order. I even tried to back out, but another car came up behind me. It was twenty-five minutes in a drive thru line for two cars in front of me to get their order. This was not a peak meal time but, 8:30pm.Just drove out as soon as I was free.

I ORDERED A DOUBLE CHAR BURGER AND THEY GAVE ME A SINGLE PATTY BURGER. I HARDLY GET TO GO OUT AND EAT AND THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT?? CHARGING THEM FOR SOMETHING AND GIVING THEM SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT??? Never going again. Pathetic.

I thought it was McDonalds that put the burgers in the box/bag and shook them. 2 burgers. 1 fry. 1 onion rings 2 drinks. $33.00. This is why there is only 1 car in your drive thru in the middle of the day.

Was just there to order lunch to take home.Asked for my patty melt meat to be cooked XTRA WELL DONE and I asked for an extra side of thousand island.Sad to say I got home and not only was there no extra side on thousand island there was NONE on my sandwich which it is supposed to include.Then the worst is that my meat is pink in the middle so not sure what part of Extra well done was not understood.Sad to spend 15.00 to have to throw my food away! I work from home close by so I could not go back to let them know.
