So first issue I always order the same drink"a frozen mexi mocha" and I usually order the smaller size but they either charge me $5 and some change or $6 and change for the same size Next issue which is the big one! So I pulled up for my usual and my big rott is always with me and he knows when i pull in he's getting a pup cup and he gets overly excited and bounces around my jeep and as i'm training him to calm down and lay down when at a drive thru. So needless to say when at human bean it's a very constant repeating myself for him to be in a down position! The barista when handing me my drink very rudely tells me not to yell at my dog . First I was not yelling at him secondly it's not her place I WAS PISSED! I called customer service to complain and was told someone locally would be back in touch with me, never happened so. i guess local management doest care the barista is slim with long strawberry blond hair, i was there last week but went to walk up window she was working and proceeded with dirty looks The jest of this guess what DUTCH BROS is opening up across the street, no need to go back to the human bean, anyplace that does not respect me as a customer doesn't need my business!

This has to be the best chain coffee places to get coffee. I just wish you could order your coffee online, but it's not the end of the world. I totally recommend only getting coffee here. Dutch brother is just a waste of so-called coffee. Starbucks is just awful in every way, but if you like your coffee tasting burnt, this is the coffee place for you, but if you actually love coffee, you should come here. I love this coffee place. I go 5 times a week. They have an amazing selection of different coffees and other drinks. Its crazy that they are reasonably-priced. Besides the delicious coffee, what can you say about the ladies who work here. Well, you could start out by saying wow they are always amazing and absolutely fantastic every time you come here to the human bean on pyramid hywy. they are always smiling and so friendly they are just fantastic each and every time you come here. So, if you have never been here, stop by and find out what you're missing.Kid-friendliness: They offer great kids drinks and they are so yummy

I tried a drink here (iced vanilla latte) years ago and it was so bad I threw it away. I decided to try again since it's now so close to me (this review is not for one specific location but all of them). I got my usual drink I normally get at Dutch. Again, it's so bad I can't even drink it. First it tastes really watered down which is very strange. Almost like they already had ice in a cup that was partially melted. There's barely any vanilla and/or hazelnut flavor at all. And the coffee taste is...ick. Taking this chain off my list forever.

Enjoyed my fresh brewed coffee and my grandsons enjoyed their vanilla bean smoothies. They enjoy coming here for a treat. The chocolate covered coffee bean is a nice added bonus. The service is good and quick. Easy drive in and out location.
