I love the food- my favorite is the eggs benedict with their cream cheese hollandaise sauce!! Everything is great! Service is awesome- sad to see this place close down. My hubby and I frequent the bar and the bartenders are always on it! The decor and seating is great!

Ordered the hot beef sandwich. They had no problem deleting most of the bread and the cranberry garnish at my request. When I asked for more gravy, I got a small bowl and was charged two dollars for it. There was no notice that I would be charged. It just appeared on the bill. That's just wrong. Won't go back.

I love their food, but yesterday after after I ate a delicious breakfast with my hubby, who is handicapped from a stroke. I asked for a senior discount. The server said my meal cost didn't qualify. I asked if talking to the manager may help since I was just a few pennys off. Then the person in charge walked out spontaneously, and I asked her. She went into a rant, then I said I wasn't listening anymore she said " _ off" then "get the blank out," while wadding up my check and throwing it away. I was shocked and scared from her reaction. She very well might be the order but no one should be treated like that!!

Went for Dinner, large portions. The wife & I shared the Philly cheese steak. Nice small beer selection. Staff is great, attentive, kind & friendly

Very disappointed today 4/6/24. We love the Lake. Live around the corner. Been here 100s of times. Today at 8:30 came in for breakfast. Sat down and was just ignored. Watched two other groups come in after and got menus and silverware, got drinks taken. Looked at us then went and got others drinks. Then came back and took others orders. Not acknowledged once. Waited 15 minutes then walked.

Went this evening for a quick dinner with the hubs. Ordered a mushroom burger and nachos and since it was Happy Hour, a couple of drinks. Food arrived, burger was just off. Nachos were over done and meh. Sent the burger back and got a basket of fries which were hot and delish. Got the bill and while my vodka/tonic was 6.50, the hub's Jack & coke was 13.50. Weird. Waitress was just ok; not super attentive. Overall, just ok tonight.

What a bummer. New owners. Cob salad with well done dry bland chicken on top. Some lettuce was brown and old. Take out has automatic 12% gratuity added on. So no more cash tip given. Way over price for what you get.
Unfortunately went to dinner with our friends and our kids. Party of 6 total. Food was okay, there was only two other tables with anyone at it. The service was horrible. We had to find menus, and when the waitress finally decided to stop talking with her co worker, we were ready to order. She was really rude, had to track down condiments, napkins, and our bill. Had to force someone one to take our card just so we could leave. Then found out she nicely added 20% tip on there for herself. Won't be going back.

The price of chicken wings is completely unreasonable. We ordered two dozen of wings, no fries, no drinks, and ordered for PICK UP. The bill was 57.00 because they felt it necessary to add an automatic tip of nearly 7 bucks. How is that even reasonable? An automatic tip for pick up? Damn close to stealing, What a joke. The wings were clearly cooked in old oil. There were a few "parts" that weren't even a wing or drummet, but they counted those as part of the "dozen". I don't know if this is because of the flowing tide taking over or what, but I'll think twice before going back...

Excellent wait staff, onion rings on point! The lights not so great. Any other restaurants reading this, get rid of bright lighting, especially fluorescents. Lake bar n grill, thank you. I'll come back fo sho. And when I do, let me see some fabric over them office lights you got in the back that wanna give an onion ring eating old lady a migraine and everyone in the place overstimulation they can't quite define. Yum!
