Attended a Nonpoint concert at this location, sound was good. Drinks were expensive and only one bartender trying to stay on top of the orders. The venue doesn't have great ventilation and it got hot & smelly. The workers seem friendly even though the place seems very unorganized for the event. I give it two stars, probably will not be back.

There was no food being served which was understandable the bar tenders were so overwhelmed it was insane. But they did a great job in my opinion the service was great, the music was great i will definitely be looking for more things popping here.

My husband and I have come here to see a few shows. It's an intimate simple place but it's perfect.Wish there was better promoting by the venue for the bands coming in.Tonight the sound stacks were in front of the stage blocking the band from view, hopefully this is temporary.

Pleasantly surprised I found Red Jumpsuit Apparatus concert tickets the night before and said what the heck. We had literally no idea what we were getting into, but we ended up having a great time. There is limited "seating" between the bar and the small bench in the concert area. The acoustics were great, and the layout was great. While my only complaint would be that the bartenders seemed overwhelmed, they still moved quickly to accommodate everyone. If you see a band playing at The Ranch House, we highly recommend going.

I have to give this place a great review because I'm excited to see another concert venue open and brining shows to the Reno Sparks area! They also have reasonably priced shows which I appreciate as sometimes I just want to come out and listen to some good live music. Beers were reasonably priced, and the show we saw here was entertaining and fun. It may be less enjoyable if it was really crowded since the venue is long, but for the show we saw it was perfect. I also like coming down to the Victorian square area to enjoy the surrounding bars. We met the owner who was bartending that night, and she seems dedicated and motivated to make the Ranch House work. One recommendation, finding shows can be tricky unless you are following them on Facebook. I'd recommend having a website or getting more exposure to shows. That's not a negative, just a helpful tip. Can't wait for the next show to come around, I'll be back!

There is no air conditioning here be prepared to feel like you are going to die from the heat. Terrible atmosphere. Too bad because there are some really good bands playing. Seriously I know it gets hot at shows but this is dangerous.

9.5.23: I've been here a handful of times specifically for music shows. In general the ambience is great and lighting is good and never too bright. The bartenders are usually nice and attentive. The sound quality of this venue is really good and I haven't experienced any issues so far. There is no food served here but Blind Onion, Pietro's Italian, Cantina, and Great Basin Brewery are all next door!
Place is disgusting, gaming machine buttons are so stuck together you can't even play. Rude

Was kicked out and physically assaulted by the bartender when I didn’t leave them a tip because they were rude and when I cashed out of the gaming machine threw my money at the counter and didn’t even make eye contact. Never come
