Range of Light

Always slow. I understand it takes time to make fresh wings but they always place you on hold and never come back to the call. Also no substitute for the worst fries in the world.

Place lives up to expections from other reviews.Fries were not seasoned, even the one ordered with extra seasoning. I place my order for a specific time, even getting there 5 mins early it was sitting long enough to get cold, only 3min drive. Drink fountain is all messed up, spraying in all directions and tasted like tonic water.

I advise not to order food from Wingstop because when the delivery driver reaches the store, they don't serve the drinks, they are saying to driver to fill up the drinks and the drivers don't bring exact drink whatever you order and they are taking around 30 to 40 minutes to get your order ready so drivers are not waiting there then they cancel the order and you have to wait for the food more than 1 hour because doordash have to find out for another driver. I really don't like the service of Wingstop.

Ordered online(a single combo) and arrived 20mins later. Saw multiple walkins order and get their food ahead of me. While my order got pushed past the pickup time. Order was also incomplete.

Huge wingstop fan but if your in the mood for it drive to litterally ANY other location but this one. Walked in as the only 3 customers was greeted with "it's gunna be at least a 30 minute wait" so we debated driving to another one. Ended up staying. I ordered 21 wings all flats. And 30 wings to go. My friends both ordered 15 wings each all flats. Even tho we were charged 9$ total for all flat (which is fine) well over 130$ spent here. none of the orders came out that way. And each order came out 10-15 minutes ahead of the other. Was super patient with cashier as mistakes happen. they decided to take my order back and pick through them and return me the rest while I waited for the rest to be cooked. (Also fine I guess) but when it came time to leave I asked for ranch for the 30 piece to go order and was told im gunna have to be charged for that the 30 piece doesn't come with ranch.... I said come on you can't throw a ranch after everything we experienced. She said naw and you can call the owner. Well ok MYONG SHEPARD. Here is your review of your establishment that is being ran. Hour and a half of my life I wish I spent at a different wing stop. Save yourself the time and headache go to a different location. Cashier wasn't wearing name tag and wouldn't tell me her name so here is the polite young lady pictured below.

I Asked for wet. Got semi wet.One of the bigger pieces is hard as a rock.Fries are hard and cold.The tea was good.

Ordered online and was given a 45 minute wait time. Arrived a little early and waited about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Food ended up being ready and had gotten cold. Fries were cold and soggy. They did not give us the ranch or sauce. It's a bunch of kids who couldn't care less about making decent food or providing any level of customer service.

Very disappointed it took one hour just to get three combos that weren’t even that good. They told me that my order would take 15 to 20 minutes. I got there at 4:55 didn’t leave until almost 6 very disappointed at how long it took for me to receive my mail, but I am very disappointed that I had to sit wait in a cold restaurant and getting told that my order would be in 15 to 10 minutes in my order was still not ready within 30 minutes of sitting there and then going up again and then getting told my order will be ready in 10 minutes. Still waiting for another 30 to 40 minutes. Very disappointed food with it was warm customer service was pretty good. Just mad that when I looked back there, they were all just walking around. taking their time with my order, I do not appreciate sitting in that cold restaurant, waiting for my food for an hour straight.

Went here for lunch and ordered an 8 piece. When I left the restaurant I open the box and there was more oil then seasoning it was very unsatisfactory. I’ve been to other wing stop locations but this was the experience that reminds me not to eat here again. It’s very unhealthy and I’m dissatisfied how poor the food came out. I’d wait 15 or 20 mins longer to get a better meal.

I had an online order that took over an hour, i get home with my food and they messed up my order. I’ve tried calling the manager but for some reason the workers there don’t know when he works or I don’t get a call back.
