Wow Bao? More like Bow-Wow. I have never been more disappointed. The rice bowl was 75% rice, the orange chicken I had was ok, but there were these weird crispy bits in it. The bao tasted heavily process and, unfortunately, like dog food. (I tried 4 different bao and they were all very similar) Never ordering from there again.

It's not wow bao it's sizzlers and the bao tasted like metal almost. Not impressed... don't take the risk out of spite of the bad reviews.

Its just a ghost kitchen restaurant. I picked my food up at sizzlers and my order was wrong.

Not a real restaurant, it's a ghost kitchen. I ordered it through DoorDash and was disappointed to find out they didn't open a restaurant here in Reno. The food was clearly prepared in a microwave. I tried most things on the menu and none of it was pleasant. I would definitely give a real Wow Bao restaurant a try but not again here in Reno.

It's frozen food reheated at an American restaurant. You can find better at Trader Joe's frozen section and heating it up yourself at home. Don't support these frozen food door dash companies and please support actual Asian restaurants in the area.

Not even close to WOW...maybe WOW that was awful. I ordered off Door Dash because they were new. Wanted to try the Bao. Ordered a kung pao bowl plus 2 bao for $15.99. It was a small serving, and honesty if I was in a restaurant and was charged $15.99 for that I would really disappointed. I would pay $5 at the grocery store frozen food section for this but NOT a restaurant. Will not ever order it again. It tasted like a microwaved meal. The bao was all dough and no filling. If I save just one person from disappointment I'll consider this a win. Wish I'd read the reviews first. Lesson learned.

Bao buns were good, everything else is mediocre

The boa was amazing! I would recommend labelling them so people can identify them easily. Also, the ratio of white rice is ridiculous for 15 bucks. Either add more sauce to each bowl or more meat mixture. For such a high price per bowl I am disappointed. If you mix the bowl you get barely any flavor. The rice isn’t even coated. I would eat here just for the boa if they were labelled though, amazing taste in them.

I wish I could give zero. I should have read the other Yelp reviews before I ordered from Uber eats. The bowls had not texture. Meat was ground and saturated in sauce. Price was too much for the slop we received.

Very over priced for the quality. Appreciated the service given and it is really nice to have a dim sum place in town, but for what you are getting it’s really steep. There is no actual location either so you’re not paying for a dine in experience..... I don’t like to leave bad reviews but we just really were not impressed. The Mongolian beef bao was ground beef which also really threw me off. The pork was tasty, but locally I have had much better and not with the price tag attached.

Zero stars if I could. This is NOT a real restaurant. They are operating out of Sizzler on Prater Way and they buy the food frozen and prepackaged from "wow bao" and just heat it up upon order and delivery. It was a complete disaster because I genuinely thought I was trying out a new dim sum spot and that couldn't be further from the truth. If I wanted fake Chinese food, I would have ordered from Panda Express. Even that would be have been a thousand times better than what we got here. The chicken teriyaki and orange chicken bowls were terrible- they were just bowls of rice topped with a mush like substance that tasted of teriyaki and orange but there was no really discernible vegetable or chicken-- almost like it was all grounded up and blended into a thick sticky sauce. The baos were awful- hard dry stale buns with the same kind of filling- super ground/minced meats in a sweet mush sauce that you could not discern any meat in the filling at all. Almost like a paste filling. The dumplings were equally a disaster and tasted of freezer burn and cardboard. I ordered through Postmates and gave them the whole run down of how this place is not even a real restaurant and just a scam and received a full refund ($66!!). I would never want to try to put a place out of business but this is just shameless and they don't deserve to be in business!

Ordered off doordash ordered orange chicken with white rice no vegetables. I dont know what type of chicken I got. Never had it before and dont like it. I also got a bunch of vegetables in it. I have been searching for a number to call them but they dont have one.

This is the second time we've ordered and both times they've gotten our order completely wrong. This is far too expensive to be given completely wrong food. Ordered the 12 pack of bao. 6 veggie, 3 cheese burger and 3 beef. Got 2 veggie, 1 cheese burger and the rest beef? Unfortunately we will not be ordering again.
