So good!!! I had the meatball sandwich and doctored it up a little bit. They are only doing takeout right now and Michelle brought it to me at the bar next door! Best sandwich in Reno!! And the best service anywhere! Five stars

Would give 0 stars if I could. Hours of operation are different from what is stated on site. They answer phone during operating hours only to tell you they are closed and hang up. No courtesy to explain why they are closing early - just rude. They hang up on you multiple times. Including when you ask for a manager.

Imagine waiting for over 25 minutes for your order, than Imagine driving away to get back to work since you have a 30 min lunch break and you need to get back asap. Then Imagine that you opened your sandwiches wrapping to find out that it is not what you ordered and when you call about it the staff simply expects you to drive back to exchange your sandwich with no other options. This is very disappointing and any other place would have done more to rectify their mistake.

Just bought 2 Salacious Subs from the BEST Sub Shop in town. The young lady with the 2 toned hair is FANTASTIC. Not only were these the TASTIEST Subs yet but she was Absolutely Delightful. Love me some Yellow Sub.

Food was good, but when we picked up our order it was wrong so we tried to call them to fix a couple minor things not but 30 seconds after we got our food. They would neither answer the phone or the door..called about 6 times and we waited about 10 minutes and tried to call again and still no answer.

I was able to call in my order, and wait in my car till my order was ready. The sub I had was great. I recommend them to everyone.

I really love this local sandwich shop! Love their theme and how friendly they are. And let's not forget how awesome their sandwiches! Yummy!

This sandwich shop I probably rode past hundreds of times in the 80s when I was helping my Uncle at his landscaping business. I completely forgot about it until very recently when I was shopping in the area. Getting that tickle of nostalgia, I had to try it. The shop was closed at the time due to the Covid but people were inside sanitizing and you could call in your order. I wish I could remember the name of the sandwich but I know it was spicy and had Italian meats. I got mine hot and it was out to me in about 10 min and was still delicious when I got it home 20 min later. I'm honestly surprised this place went under my radar for so long but it is kind of hidden in Sparks and unless you live near it you might not know it's there. Definitely better than the chain options in town AND it's a local business!

Simply the best sandwiches in the Reno/Sparks area, try the yellow sub or the meatloaf sandwich.

Seriously the worst customer service I have ever had at any small business. My mom and I decided to venture out from our local Port of Subs because we wanted a good, local sandwich. When we got to Yellow Sub, there were signs posted on the windows saying, "Take-out only, cash only," and directions on how to call in your order. I dialed the number twice, and I got a the voicemail. I looked in the window and there was a man (I'm assuming the owner) sitting across the restaurant eating a sandwich. He saw me look at him and yelled across the restaurant, "She's on the f*cking phone!" Once the employee answered, I was frazzled and started ordering my sandwich, then I told her, "Ya know, that man inside just yelled at us and said you were on the f*cking phone, so I don't think we will be eating here now." She responded with, "Good, I'm glad," and hung up the phone. My mom and I both left shocked at how nonexistent the customer service and professionalism was. I understand this is a busy deli, and that they have their regular customers, but how disheartening that my family will never eat here again because of how rude and incompetent the staff was. Needless to say, we drove all the way to Mill St. to Full Belly Delhand let me just say... they did not disappoint!!
