Before I get into the review, what I can say about the ladies that work at this restaurant is they are hilarious adorable and welcoming Trying as many restaurants with my dad as possible so we can pick our favorites as he has just moved to Sparks Nevada. The restaurant we tried last week was closed today so we had the opportunity to try this little nugget. We had two types of pad Thai, including the one with the crispy noodles, both with shrimp, medium hot . We had an order of rice, cucumber salad, Thai ice tea, and a jasmine to go back to our hotel. They had no trouble giving us cutlery to go, and as I said, they are giggling and adorable. Damned fine Thai I might add. It's a really cute restaurant which was packed on a Wednesday night which makes me happy for them. We will definitely be back because the food and staff were excellent. Oh one last word I'm pretty picky on my cucumber salad and there's is excellent sour and sweet and the cucumbers perfectly crisp

by far and away, the best Thai food in Reno Sparks. Alan and his wife are a pleasure.

This is the best Thai in Reno the owners are Thai. It's good to get food that's healthy and tasty. I'm happy to review this because I tried all the Thai restaurants. The seating is simple but they put their money in the ingredients

Yu De Thai is one of my two favorite Thai restaurants in Reno. I HIGHLY recommend the Crispy Noodle Pad Thai. The texture and flavors come together so well and they've perfected it by adding the most delicious friend tofu bits into the dish. I also love that their spice levels are consistent every time (I usually get a spice level 3 or 4, 5 is maximum). The Zap Wings are also oh so delicious. The plum and tamarind sauce they put on the Zap Wings is sweet and savory. Definitely finger licking worthy! Be warned though, the wings are jumbo, juicy and oh so yummy.

Quaint mom and pop restaurant in Reno with authentic Thai food. I love wings and this is possibly the best fried wings ever. Juicy, moist, savory and crispy all in one bite. I'd come back just for the wings. An order comes with 3 gigantic wings. Everything else was delicious too. The owners are friendly, and chatted with their customers throughout the night. Quite rare these days.

The food is incredible, the service is friendly and attentive, and the ambience is like being part of the family. Choose any item on the menu and be prepared for the best Thai food in the region to please your pallet. Make sure you check their specials because there are gems you can't afford to miss.

We are in town for a class at the medical center, long day, looking for a casual place to dine. We enthusiastically recommend this restaurant. Easy access, great food, warm and friendly service. We were immediately welcomed, Saturday night no reservation required. The service was great, we were not rushed into deciding what to order. The owner was so kind. He brought a puzzle to my young nephew. He pointed out various specialties to us, including dumplings his wife makes. Our water cups were never empty, the food came out promptly and was very good. We ordered yellow curry with chicken--my sister chose spice level 2, which I found a little mild for my taste but was still very good. The dipping sauce for the fried tofu appetizer is delicious and the tofu is nicely prepared. Not too thick like many places. We had crab fried rice with a generous amount of fried egg. It's very good. I did not have much of the pad thai but it came with a generous amount of tofu and looked well prepared. I wish we had tried the Tom kha. The menu is wonderful, the place is spotless and the staff lovely. Should we find ourselves in Reno we will absolutely return.

First time there to try out their food since we are near the area. Food is good as long as you don't expect a lot. Price and service are reasonable. Easy to find parking space..

This place is legit, second time here within three days. The Zap Wings are crazy good, and the crunchy pad Thai is really unique. The traditional pad Thai is also very good, not oily but very flavorful. And we enjoyed the papaya salad. Spice level five is no problem.Went back again for lunch and had pad kra prow with thai fried egg

After driving past this place for the last couple years my friend and I decided to give it a try. When we arrived right at dinner opening time of 4:30 we were seated right away. The woman came and gave up water and menu's to look at. The menu had so many choices and I decide to order the drunken noodle with tofu and asked that it be vegan ( no fish sauce). For the appetizer I had fried spring rolls. She brought the spring rolls out and I must say they were just a little smaller than most of the deep-fried spring rolls I have had at the other thai places but they were not bad. I didnt have a long wait for my dinner to arrive. The owner brought out the food and I noticed the portion size was pretty comparable to most other Thai places and I must say, the noodles were cooked perfect. Not hard or mushy at all. The spice level I had asked for was perfect too. The owner even came out and talked to us and gave us a little information on herself and how she started the business two years ago. I was very impressed with her and the food was very good. Lastly I want to mention how clean everything looked and the colors were very inviting and uplifting. I highly recommend you give Yu De Thai a try cause I don't think you will be disappointed.

My family and I absolutely love this place. I tried the Spicy Combo Eggplant stir fry and ever since, it’s been my favorite! The pad Thai is delicious and all the ingredients are so fresh and flavorful. The owners are so sweet and the husband even gave my nephew some cookies after dinner. The Thai tea is also really good. Honestly, everything is really really good. Next time I go I will get the curry which filled the restaurant with such a heavenly smell when we walked in.We will always continue coming here! ?
