GET - foie gras (cooked perfectly through!) - seabass (moist and crunchy on edges) - escargot - filet and bbq shrimp PASS - peppercorn sauce (was too earthy). my son loved his escargot that pasty popover was airy goodness. foie gras was cooked through and so good. most place under cook, but not the case here! we got a couple drinks it was really strong which is great! i should've ask to upgrade a diff vodka instead of the absolute though. came for my birthday which was great by the window and view. kid friendly place too so we can celebrate as a family.

It was ok but, for the price point I don't think it lived up to my expectations and I dont think I'll be back.My husband and I came up for an anniversary trip. I made a reservation on OpenTable for 8:30pm with an accommodation request for a table in the quietest part because I'm HOH (Hard of Hearing). Unfortunately, we were plopped right in the middle surrounded by 5 other tables.I'm not sure if it was because of how we were dressed or how we look but we were ignored for quite a while. Then when the waiter came to say hello initially I didn't talk much because I was trying to process and hear him and my husband through the background noise on what we should pick. I'm not sure if they took that as sticker shock and expected us to leave but no one came by for over 15 minutes. In that time the table behind us received their food, refills, and a separate check-up. Also, a platter of dirty dishes was left next to us for quite a while. We honestly should have left at this point but we wanted to try the food.Miraculously the quality of our service changed when we ordered $350 worth of food in their premium dry aged steak, a bottle of wine and their King Crab with sides.Service did improve after that which is why I'm not listing service as 1 star but it shouldn't have taken thatParking: Resturant will validate parking for paid lot.

My experience is always at the bar. Easier to get in. Has offerings that other locations do not have. Some of the portions are smaller compared to similar types of eateries. I come here if my local spot is busy.Parking: this is in a casino so parking is gated and will need to be paid.

I was dining alone and was seated next to a window with a great view, and I had one of the best waiters I have had in many years. Ian was my waiter, who had great personality, was very attentive, and made sure I was taken care of all night. I was having a light dinner and Ian suggested perfect choices for shrimp and wine which made my dining wonderful. I would come back to Friday's again because of the delicious food and 'because of Ian'. Thank you Ian for making me feel I was not eating alone and being a great representative of Harrah's. Friday's needs more servers like Ian.

We stayed at Harvey's for a week and enjoyed Friday's several nights.. The food was excellent and service perfect! We are not easy to please as we have a foodservice background, and have high expectations!!

Concerning the food, very inconsistent. The main dish was just ok (who puts bbq sauce on a filet mignon), but the a la carte sides were barely edible. With prices like they charge, a barely edible side dish is really unacceptable (we actually didn't eat it after the initial taste) The wine is laughably overpriced. Actually everything is over priced.

Service was great. Decor needs HUGE update. Stuck in1982 Atlantic City. Cheesy. Dirty Food (besides steaks) was great! Steaks were overpriced, fatty/too marbled, underseasoned and way too expensive

Overall a good but not great dinner. The location and views are amazing and the service was top notch. However, the prices have increased dramatically and the food was so-so. I had lobster bisque which was rather tasteless and sea bass which was overcooked despite asking for medium rare. If you are going for atmosphere it might be worth it but otherwise not a great value

Very disappointed for the price. Thinking five star not close. Ordered the lobster. Two tiny lobster tails. Definitely previously frozen. Appeared to be slipper lobster. The website shows a big Maine lobster tail. $130 plate. Rushed in rushed out. Not recommended!

Go before it gets dark so you can enjoy the lake view. Food was good but nothing special.

The food was delicious. I had the steak and blackened shrimp and my better half had the seabass; both were well prepared and delicious. The deconstructed red cheesecake was also a delight. Get an early dinner seating to enjoy the view of the lake at sunset. Our server was Anthony, and I can say that he's the best server we've had for a long time.

Absolutely delightful and delicious experience. We went there without any expectations and were presently surprised by an outstanding selection and quality of food. Everything from the appetizers, to stakes, to dessert were perfectly prepared, served, and were of highest quality. The service was great and friendly. The server knew the menu, was easy to talk to and spent time to answer questions, without rushing. Overall, great experience and highly recommend to people visiting South Lake Tahoe and looking for a great steak.

The Alaskan King Crab legs are the best I've ever had anywhere. We had a seat right at a window looking over the lake from 30 minutes before sunset till it was dark. Absolutely amazing every time we go. It's a little on the pricy side but I don't even care because the food and scenery are second to none!

This is me and my mom first time here in Lake Tahoe and it's our first time dining here at Friday everything was fresh and good. The service was awesome. Celebrating my mom 71st birthday with a window view to watch sunset. It was so wonderful. Our dinner was at 5pm sunset was at 5:46pm ?
