We shall see how long this can survive on celebrity alone. Food was mediocre. The fillet was good but the side we chose overpowed the flavor of the main meal. They didn't have asparagus or any other side that would be usual with a steak. We had Brussels sprouts which had a strange vinegar tang they are honey schriracha lime glazed. It was a little shocking to the tastebuds at first but very much overwhelmed the steak. Other choices were colliflower or potato puree. Salad was limited to caesar or beet. I was shocked to not see the standard wedge salad that is at all his other restaurants on the menu. 2 entrees 1 side 1 soup and 1 wine $180 not even a complete meal as desert choices were limited and quite frankly didn't look too great to me. Oh and tgere was no bread service either. Both Friday Station and Sage room are better choices in my opinion. Being on the casino floor there is no ambience. Coupled with the hard tile finishes that make everything echo the dark dining room the bright kitchen with a faux demonstration kitchen. As the counters are too tall to actually observe what the cooks are doing. It appeared most items came from the back so I suspect the "kitchen" up front is merely for display. With the mediocre food lack of atmosphere and the prices being much higher than the food warrants. Sure maybe I don't like the fact they displaced a classic, iconic and historic restaurant to put this in either. As the food at the Sage room is much better but in the new space since it moved has lost its artwork and ambience but has gained a nice view. Having eaten at several Ramsay restaurants and knowing the usual food quality and quality of service I find this particular location lacking. As of now the celebrity attachment will keep it going for a bit but once the novelty wears off this place will go down very hard. Of course never expect to see Ramsay as this is a licensing deal only with the casino.

Foie gras - extremely gamey. Awful aftertaste. Worst I’ve ever had.Pork chop - not awful, just very chewy and dry.Beef short ribs - not bad, not amazing. Just not bad.Love Gordon Ramsey and was super excited. Really nice atmosphere. Food was very disappointing. Need to try it in Vegas instead.Told waiter it was my birthday and he never brought it up after mentioning it.Got Applebees afterwards.

Delicious food. Friendly staff. The sea bass is pouched in butter. Delicious! Love the meatballs. Portions were large enough for leftovers. Pricey but delicious food.Dietary restrictions: I have several dietary restrictions. They met them flawlessly.

Amazing set up, service was awesome, and loved the Tommy's margheritas. We got meatballs and polenta as a starter then steaks with potato puree. The meatballs were dry. The polenta was simply amazing! The Santa Carota beef was so amazing I have been sourcing my own since then as a direct result of what HK served us. Every person should try Santa Carota beef before they die. This location did not disappoint and I truly applaud them on their ability to deliver when we showed up. We were in the area and celebrated here and HK gave us a seat ij their celebration area and we could see the entire restaurant! It was awesome. Thank you Stateline HK!

We went to celebrate a birthday. Two of us ordered the pre fixed meal, one ordered the chicken dish and the last the bass. Three of us ordered cocktails, over priced cocktails. Okay but nothing to write home about. We were also asked if we wanted regular or bubbly water. We got bubbly. Don’t go that route it’s 12.00 a bottle! (Rounded up). Ordered appetizers. Lobster risotto was under cook. Rice was hard and it lacked seasoning.. salt!!! Scallops were tasty but they cut them in half. So you are actually only gettin 2 1/2 scallops per order… close to $25 for 2 1/2 scallops. Caesar salad was over dressed. On to the main course. Beef Wellington and mashed potatoes… my beef was cooked correctly but again lacked salt. We asked for salt. Other order of beef was over cooked. And needed salt. The “mashed” potatoes were puréed potatoes and had no flavor. Also ordered a side of Brussel sprouts. Not good at all. Side of Mac n cheese was a okay dish but $16?? Bass dish was also flavorless. Chicken was tasty but way too much tough kale. It was difficult to eat. The service was great. Very attentive to our needs. All in all a $500+ meal was not worth it. We went to a small coffee shop the next morning and the food we got there was excellent. Only cost $59. Hells Kitchen was just that, an expensive hell. Don’t go because it’s Gordon Ramsey. Need to revisit his recipes and adjust prices.

What a bad experience. First off the restaurant is small, the tables are right next to each other and it's so loud you can't hear anything anyone says to you. The scallops were so thin and small. The wellington was small and meat was not very tender. The potato puree with the meal was about two forks full with a couple of ity bity carrot rounds the size of nickles. The lobster was actually dry and chewy the worst I've had. Very expensive for what you get. And they forgot a dish. The ONLY good thing about this visit was the sticky toffee pudding. I expected so much more from this place. Huge disappointment.

I'm not sure what all the hype is about with Gordan Ramsey's reputation and the amount you pay, I thought it would be way better. The food wasn't anything special. The only dish that we thought was worth it were the pan seared scallops. The rest was an average steakhouse meal. It was cool to try, but we won't go back.

We really couldn't find anything that we wanted on the menu. So, we went to the bar for drinks and appetizers. My beet salad was amazing! The bartenders were amazing. The drinks were amazing.

Absolutely baffled by this place. Clearly the Gordon Ramsey reputation is strong because there’s no way this place should be rated as highly as it is.Food: Pumpkin soup tasted exactly like baby food. Why is this on the menu?Seared fois gras was decent, it was served on top of some sort of cracker. Really strange and tasteless.Beet salad shouldn’t be called a beet salad. It was a salad with a few beets in it.Beef Wellington was excellent. Cooked perfectly with a nice salted crust. Potato puree was decent.Beef short ribs were mediocre. Had an off taste.Based off the food alone, definitely would not come again.Service: Yikes, took way too long for our server to greet us. Drinks took way too long to come out. We had planned to drink a bunch but the service was so slow I limited myself to one drink. The cocktail I got was way too sweet and just looked unappetizing. Server could not be less bothered. Never asked our opinion of the food.Atmosphere: double yikes. Everything about this place screamed cheap. For the price and reputation to be considered “fancy” you won’t get that vibe at all here. Way too crowded. Way too loud. No music playing.Overall a super disappointing experience. Would not come back.

I gave this place a few tires and will more then likey come back. Drinks are great. About what you would expect in price. Dined in the first time right about when covid hit pre many of the lock downs. Obviously at that time we had a nervous staff and things didn't go right so we didn't hold that against them. The one thing that has been quite consistent however is that the food options are often too salty for my taste. I'm hoping with time this improves as it is nice to have a place like this in tahoe.

My wife and I had dinner at Hell’s Kitchen Tahoe this evening. I have been looking forward to this dining experience for weeks. It was a massive let down. The food was under-seasoned and bland. After trying several dishes and a $300 bill, nothing was the quality expected. The only dish that was memorable would have been the sticky toffee pudding dessert. The restaurant is very very loud and our two person table was not even level and rocked back and forth the entire meal. For the price I would expect more from this restaurant. I don’t think Gordon Ramsey would approve.
