This place was great! The food was delicious. We had the salad bar, wings and pizza. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. The wings were large, crispy and full of flavor. The pizza was so delicious I can still taste it. The service was fast, friendly and fun. The ambiance was great with tons of signed memorabilia. Will definitely go again and will highly recommend!

Fun atmosphere, especially on big game days. Food is what you would expect - it is decent and portions are good. Expensive ($20 wings?!!) - but what isn't these days? They don't have servers and you have to stand in line to order. The lines can be long and slow, which really makes for a less than ideal experience. Take orders at the tables and you will sell more! Adding a happy hour would help increase local business.

Got the combination pizza, and it was delicious. Very good baked thin crust with light sauce, and a good amount of toppings. My only complaint would be that they are a restaurant located inside Harvey's casino yet you cannot use your Casino dining credit there to pay for any food. (Although thinking about it that's probably more of Caesars Rewards fault than the restaurant. I'm sure if they could accept the dining credit and then Caesars would pay them for reimbursement they would gladly accept it.)

Had the cheesesteak sandwiches and garlic fries and they were pretty good. Food is a little pricey but that is to be expected for convenience of not having to leave the casino. Service is great and the place was super clean.

We were promised a non-smoking room with stand-alone shower. The room had clearly been smoked in, and the shower was within a bathtub, making it very difficult for one of us to use the shower. Rug in the room was filthy. The room rate was doubled because of a show at the amphitheater. We will NEVER stay in a Harvey's hotel again.

The location is stellar, and the front desk was surprisingly helpful even though they were busy. Bibi was especially helpful at resolving an administrative issue. The rooms were clean and the conference room where my training was held had everything we needed. The food provided was excellent and the snacks/drinks were well stocked. Good value.

If I could give Harveys Hotel Lake Tahoe 0 zero stars, I would. My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. If you plan on staying here for more than one night, be aware that they do not offer daily housekeeping. This lack of service made it inconvenient and disappointing. Another issue I encountered was the difficulty in requesting room cleaning from both the front desk and housekeeping staff. It seemed like a struggle to communicate my needs, and this added to the frustration of my stay. The hotel claimed that they only clean rooms after the 4th day, but even on the 5th day, I found it challenging to ask for a clean room. Their excuse of being short-staffed seemed like a poor justification for not fulfilling their own policy. To my surprise, the hotel will not provide basic amenities after your first night like bath tissue, toiletries, and towels. It will be a struggle to ask for these things. They will even tell you to bring the trash outside your room and will hand you the trash bag to place it on your own bin. Yuck! Bring your own vacuum and cleaning supplies if you want a clean room and clean the room yourself because they won’t do it for you. It was incredibly inconvenient to have to bring these items myself (on the plane) and difficult to request them from the rude housekeeping staff. As a part of the Caesars Hotel group, Harveys Hotel Lake Tahoe fell short of the expected standard. As a consistent and regular traveller myself, Harveys was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and it is disheartening to see them tarnishing the reputation of the Caesars Hotel group. In my opinion, this hotel is nothing more than a money trap. They lure guests with false advertising and fail to deliver on their promises. I strongly advise considering other hotels in the vicinity that will provide a better and more honest experience. I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential guests and helps them make an informed decision. It's important to choose a hotel that prioritizes customer satisfaction and lives up to their advertised standards.
