Best service and food hands down. I'll go to the beaver but only because the taverns not open all the time. But if I could... the taverns menu never is boring or stagnant. Watching there kitchen work looks Ike a well orchestrated symphony. There friendly, helpful, and truly are great... there chef is amazing and talented beyond description. Iv been honestly holding back my review due to the fact I wanted to enjoy my hole I the wall discovery as long as I could, knowing full well they would be packed nearly every visit soon, and I was right. Go check em out. You will be upset only thst you havnt already.

Food was not that good. Don't think we would go back. Had the fried chicken sandwich sandwich. It wasn't that great. All bread, no meat. My wife had the gumbo fettuccine, she also said it wasn't that good. For the price, I would not go back.

Found this place through the app when our original plan fell through. Food was excellent! Not what I expected from a laid-back sports atmosphere. Lots of spice options. Prompt, friendly service as well. The martinis were excellent as well. Next time we are back in Tahoe, we will remember this place.

Open ambience with full bar. A very busy evening, but found a way to accommodate us. Friendly and welcoming service. Recommend getting the special of the evening as the chef is exceptional. We had calabrese chicken Marsala which was rich and satisfying with a mushroom sauce and chili oil, but surprisingly not spicy. The keto salad with warm chicken breast was good, but relatively plain. Suggest getting better organized on turning tables. Loud ambience, so not a place for a quiet date. Good time overall.
I made a reservation for my birthday dinner, arrived early, was seated 10 minutes after my reservation time, placed my drink, appetizer and entree order another 15 minutes later, then received my entree (not even a glass of water or the drinks my fiance and I ordered) 20 minutes later. After 45 very disappointing minutes of poor service, it was time to leave. I had high hopes for this spot, it was an absolute let down.

This is absolutely one of the best places to visit in south Tahoe. The place has excellent service, they’re always happy to see kids, and the food is phenomenal. The Birria is excellent whether you choose the tacos or the dip. My other favorite would be the gumbo fettuccine. Great restaurant.

Best food in town. We got the salmon fish and chips but substituted for onion rings, beef stew short rib, and gumbo fettuccine.
Recommended by guys on a ski lift. They were not wrong. Best pub food they said. Creative huge hot sandwiches and soup of the day for us. Outstanding. But a wide ranging menu too.
