Its been a while that I have been there so I decided to go back and have dinner there, service was ok, food was good and order some to go overall was good, I believe that service has room for improvement.

Nice little casino. Close to my house. Love it when I feel like being a little adventurous with a few dollars. The staff is totally amazing and always make you feel welcome. It might be SMALL but the friendly environment makes it feel HUGE!!!!!!

Came in recently for a quick dinner with my parents. It had been a long time since I've been to Hobey's, so I hadn't seen the coffee shop renovations. In the past I've always had great experiences here. It's definitely updated and much more open and is well lit, which is pleasant. They weren't busy on a Wednesday night, so we were seated promptly. Our server was very kind and helpful. We all ordered different burgers and they were fairly good. I ordered the Western Burger and it was good, although it definitely needs cheese. The french fries were crispy and delicious. The onion rings however, were lacking severely and quite mushy, so I wouldn't order those again.

Hobey's casino do not like the homeless people's so they post the sign at the entrance NO BACKPACK NO LARGE BAGS the staff and the sports book writer not very friendly it not a good place to goes there.

A friend asked me to meet her for dinner tonight at Hobey's Coffee Shop, as she had a meeting to attend nearby. What a surprise! This is no small-town, smoky, run-down casino. The restaurant looked to be recently remodeled, crisp, clean, and quite elegant for a coffee shop. I was seated immediately and my beverage order was taken within seconds. When my friend arrived, the server was there immediately to take our dinner order. The attentive service continued throughout the entire meal. The food was very good, the portions extremely generous, and the prices were noticeably lower than comparable places in town. I will be back, and soon.
Love the prices, love the senior menu, the food is excellent. Highly recommend!!

Great Casino, the Restaurant definitely not stingy! Haha, large portions, the Casino is very Clean. Bathrooms are spotless.

We used to go to Hobey's all the time for lunch at the coffee shop. Used to be great at great prices. My wife, son, grandson and others went to dinner in February. My wife hated her patty melt. She said it was gross. We took our son there just last night for a birthday dinner. My son did not care for his patty melt. My western burger was not very good, and my wife....she ordered the 2 piece chicken strips with fries, but wanted 3 pieces of chicken. $5.00 more....they still gave her 2 pieces. We wanted to just pay and get the hell out once and for all. Not going back. And to add.....the chicken, it looks and tastes like breaded frozen tyson strips. Not freshly made like they should be. We have been going to Hobey's since the 90's.....not worth it. I'd rather get burger at McDonald's, and McDonald's is gross !!!!!! And fries were half burnt. You think the cook would notice. We left most of the fries behind from 2 orders. Burger patty looks like a thin patty in the frozen section of Winco. No flavor what so ever either. We've had fish and chips over cooked as well in the past. After multiple disappointments, we are DONE !!! Hobey's has gone down hill badly. Friends said the chicken fried steak they ordered 2 weeks ago tasted like poor quality processed meat, gravy and mixed veggies tasted like it all came from a huge bulk can.
