Just awful. Hot as hell and I had to wait 30 minutes for one sandwich with only 1 person Infront of me ordering 2 sandwiches. helps the guy behind me even though I had to wait for the customer Infront of me to be completely done with there sandwiches. Then tells me they don't accept 50's, I'll never come back, go to the one down the street if you can

Terrorist! I came in and the Hindu tried signing me to Iraq for some boot training for Afghanistan, I refused his opportunity as he tried to restrain me with 9/11 tactics. Talking about airplanes and jet planes, how he can dive into America undetected to bypass airport security. Al-qaed amemba! Wearing a ski mask with visible eyes, he gazed me like a gazelle hunting me down to see endless beautiful women in the other side full of paradise if I help him with airplanes.

Coming inside it was a small place, but it was kept nice and clean.The single employee greeted me immediately as I entered and he did a great job at making my sandwich in a fast and efficient manner!I ordered a Black Forest Ham and a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki!The Black Forest was a bit more plain in the taste, it wasn't bad, but nothing special either.The Chicken Teriyaki was pretty tasty and well made! Though the chicken didn't stay warm for very long, but otherwise it was tasty!The prices were also very low for the food I got! I was very pleased!I'm surprised this place is so low in ratings as I had a pretty pleasant experience here! I'll definitely be coming again!

Tonight I placed an order for a couple of sandwiches for pick up unfortunately when I got them home I found that one had so much sauce on it and very little of everything else that it made the bread so soggy that the sandwich just fell apart and had to be eaten from a bowl with a fork. Just plan disgusting I will never buy another sandwich from this location ever again.

Bad service and I paid 14 dollars for a foot long. Nothing extra ordered, I didn’t even get chips or soda. Over priced and the young man was on his phone the entire time I was ordering.And the owners comments to theses reviews are unprofessional and unnecessary..I won’t be back.

The manger is very rude.it was my son's first day working there and it was his first job and her and her stuff keep picking on my son making him super nervous which kept making him mess up and they were all making fun of them definitely not a way to run a business

Great customer service! The young woman that prepared my families order was very polite. I'm making sure to put her on blast for her excellent customer service skills! Didn't catch her name, but she has long red hair! High five to you lady!

Every time I come in, most of the booths and tables are dirty! Soda machine and ice machine are down! Does the owner even care? I would like to say something nice... but there isn't anything nice to say.

I walked into subway today And was having a rough day. And this nice young man with good manners comes out to take my order he asked me how my day was and had a nice conversation with me. Its employees like him that make me really feel welcome. He had cute long hair. I thought he was a young lady at first. And i accidentally called him ma'am. But he kindly corrected me. 10/10 experience would definitely come back to get his snap. >~<

I'm new to the "Valley," but just reading some of the things the owner says to people leaving reviews here is atrocious. "Social media" isn't the place to inform other potential customers that you should be cautious of this place? Sounds like the owner is too entitled for the good of this community. I'm sure I'll get a message asking me to delete this and calling me a "Karen," or a "troll." But I think everyone should be aware of you aren't going to get customer service from an owner, chances are you are not getting customer set I've from anyone.

When I went into Subway I was in a good mood, was talking to the lady that worked there, she got up walked away didn't say hi bye nothing or a smile or a laugh or anything. Went around the counter I wanted meatball subs I told her I wanted mozzarella on it she said mozzarella is extra, it's been a while since I've been to a Subway and I never had to pay extra for mozzarella so I was letting her know that, she raised up her hands said have a nice day and walk to the back of the store. I was standing there wondering what to do if she was coming back, or what was going on. It took a while then a man came out and he helped me understand that the other cheeses I could put on there but mozzarella was extra, she didn't take the time to explain that to me and she made me feel unwelcome and I don't know if I want to go back to that store anymore because of her bad attitude towards her work and me, she also didn't have gloves on when she was touching the bread. And I should at least get some customer service for spending over $10 a piece for a sandwich that normally came with cheese and now it's extra!! She should have gotten trouble for the way she treated me, I am having to go online for my complaint, she should not continue, she probably needs to work somewhere else.

Don't shop here and DONT WORK HERE. I have friends that worked here, they confided in me that THE OWNER would behave inappropriately towards them. All of their employees would feel uneasy around him! Makes sense now why you never see any employees stick around. Hope karma comes around.
