I placed an online order through their app. When I arrived the drive through had a sign where they said they ran out of items to make my order. The workers notified me that I should contact help through the website. I have not received any assistance in getting a refund for my order and I have reached out via Twitter and their website twice. There is no service through their corporate so it looks like I will be filing a chargeback through my card.

Refused to make a milk shake because "I don't want to clean the machine and we are closing soon" by soon they meant 2 hours. It was 7pm and they close at 9pm

Manager is extremely rude. They will avoid service as much as possible. Manager with the splotchy skin wasn't wearing gloves while handling tacos both before and after fryer.Go to the port of subs before this place.It's not clean the trash is always full and the way they treat costumers once they decide to take your order is in itself wrong. Highly do not recommend this place.

The food was as expected. Service at the walk-up counter was a big problem. This location had one employee trying to cover the drive up orders and the food counter at the same time as well as pull all of the orders. Too much work for one person. If you were at the counter and wanted to place an order, you had to loudly ask for someone to please assist you. Then after waiting 10 minutes or more, you had to get their attention again to remind them that you are still waiting for your order. This appeared to be a staffing issue.

This is connected to the Sinclair gas station and Gold Ranch casino off the highway. Its a great pit stop that I always stop by at one of the three. Needed something quick and easy this time so we went to Jack and dined in. Usually we do drive thru. This location is clearly a franchise hanging by a thread. Not a lot of staff but with the few they have, they are friendly and try to run it efficiently. My food was fine. However everything else is bare bones. Half the tables are closed off. The bathroom is closed (you have to use the casino one). There are no napkins out. You have to ask at the counter and they tear you off a sheet from the large Bathroom roll of paper towels, lol. No condiments unless you ask. The straws were a mish mash of sizes where I think they took them from other establishments. The multi selection soda machine was out of almost every flavor but the basics. So if you come in ONLY to get your food and go, you will be just fine.

Skip this one and continue to Reno or go toy he casino restaurant. The bathrooms were filthy, urinalysis over flows when flushed, no paper in the stall, no paper to dry hands. No paper for the seats.Then the food, cold hard fries, cold dry buttery jack, 3/4 of the soda selections are empty. NO NAPKINS anywhere. Everything about this Jack in the Box is below standard.It’s the middle of the morning and they haven’t even brought the chairs down. All the tables are dirty. It was an amazing disappointment.

Was passing through heading up to Reno, Nevada to check in @ the Nugget Hotel. It was snowing going through and heading back home.Vegetarian options: I love their Southwestern Salad very tasty a d fulfilling for me especially if you get either a grilled or crispy chicken for the salad.
