Absolutely one of the best espresso shops I have ever been to. The coffee and all ingredients were fresh, local, and handmade with care and love. Two people in our party ordered lattes and they were incredible and one person ordered some tea, which was also fantastic. I highly recommend stopping in if you’re ever in Virginia City.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to a dairy allergy in our group.

Best coffee spot in VC! Great drinks based on the area, not to mention the coffee is just so damn good you can’t help but smile and be filled with joy! The atmosphere is always friendly, lively, and inviting! If I could give 10 stars I would. I could go on and on but the best thing to do is just go get some coffee and see for yourself why it’s the best!

Literally the BEST coffee I've ever had. It's a MUST stop for me whenever I go to Dayton to visit my sister. The atmosphere is amazing and the workers are SO KIND!!!! They make sure your coffee is perfect and use the best ingredients. 10 stars!You can't go wrong on whatever you get on the menu and their biscottis are mighty tasty!

Larry’s Gourmet Coffee has an ad on the shopping carts at Smiths Supermarket in DaytonStopped by their Virginia City location for a coffee.Larry is awesome, really is serious about a quality coffee and the menu items.Great atmosphere and really good coffee.If you are in Virginia City or Dayton I recommend giving them a try.You won’t be disappointed

My wife and I have been frequenting Larry’s in Virignia City for several years now. I’m a no frills with my coffee sort of guy, typically just getting a double espresso or an iced americano. My wife likes a bunch of different things. We have enjoyed all the drinks we have had at Larry’s and I very much enjoy the espresso! Great flavor! In addition we enjoy bringing some coffee home for use when we can’t stop by the shop! Thanks Larry for the great service and great product right in the heart of VC!

I was instantly transported into an era gone by. The old-timey feel of this coffee house and the amount of energy that the coffee masters commit to their personas is really whimsical. They were really funny and welcoming and charming in their interactions with me. I felt like they put on a really good show for a cup of coffee! I told them I was doing an escape room across the street and they went into a whole funny song and dance about that. Pair this coffee experience with any other role-playing experiences in Virginia City and I think you'll get a great feel of the "Old West." Take a minute to enjoy your coffee in the establishment and stare through the windows, taking in the view of Six Mile Canyon. I hope you enjoy!

Larry is a cool guy! He literally dresses the part and has a great persona! He was a bit “particular” about no pictures of him with his menu showing and didn’t want the shades pulled up (was trying to see the AMAZING view) as to not allow heat in (it was in the high 60’s that morning). Great coffee, great atmosphere, will definitely return when I’m back in town!
