My partner never had Stefano’s and I hadn’t had it since I was a young adult because I moved from Pulaski, but they have it in Adams now and all I’m saying is…don’t listen to the 1 star reviews on this page. They’re haters and let them hate and order you some Stefano’s because it’s still awesome!

The wings I order are always delicious, sometimes the desired crisp doesn’t match when I get the wings but still good! Ordered chicken Cesar salad too and was not disappointed by the amount they give you! Overall, the workers are nice & the food is good.

While traveling a 15-hour journey to visit four potential colleges with my Junior son, we stopped at this restaurant so that I could share my memories of Stefano's in Carthage with my son from my high school days. The Pizza, Wings, Cinni Knots, House Salad and Cheese Ravioli were excellent, but the service was even better! Every dish was prepared to custom order, delivered in a timely fashion, fresh and HOT. The environment was clean, organized, and welcoming - the menu was comprehensive, and even with plastic-ware available in the dining area, silverware was provided by the host/manager for an added touch of hospitality! I'd recommend eating here to any out of town visitors or guests traveling the monotonous I-81 or seeking refuge from the harsh winters. To local residents yet to try, I'd recommend you try any pizza place between your home and this restaurant, then drive whatever distance further you must to try Stefano's in Adams, NY... You can thank me later, or simply leave a review of your own!

When they opened the food was good slowly went down hillNow you call to order and get a bunch of kids who cant take an order correctly then deliver wrong foodThen they send you a half cooked blob of dough to replace the wrong pizza they sent you the first time.Still hungry and 50+ dollars poorer. Should have just thrown my money in the trash.

I've gotten excellent pizza many times at the original Pulaski location and was very excited when they opened a shop in the town I work so I can have it more often. Ordered for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint! Online ordering is easy and convenient. Service was friendly, food was ready just a minute or two after I arrived to pick it up, and it was hot and fresh. Prices are reasonable. Pizza was as tasty as I expected it to be. Dining room is on the small side but is nice and modern, and doesn't need to be large due to the nature of pizza being mostly takeout anyway. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Food was disappointing on every level. Bland, terribly executed crust that was insanely greasy. I genuinely have no idea how it could even be so greasy. The sauce was worse than the generic store brand pizza sauce you get in a can. The salad was truly pathetic as well. I did not interact with the staff much but overheard who I suspect was the manager/owner going off on an employee. I guess this is what you get from a small town pizza place that charges waaaay too much for their food. Inflated prices and egos. Easily the worst dining experience I had on my trip. Avoid at all costs level bad.

Ordered subs for delivery. Received subs there was no lettuce on them. The rolls were hard, hardly no mayo, called there to complain. The manager said what do you want me to do about it the guy that made them forgot the lettuce. I most definitely will not be ordering from there again. $27.68 for 2 large subs to be delivered. Subs that couldn't be eaten. They better stick to something they know. Rude customer service from a manager. I would of posted a picture of it but not sure how to do it.

The pizza's toppings are way overpriced. I ended up spending $23.00 for just a medium pizza (8 slices). It was $12.99 for the pizza and a whopping $2.50 per topping. So, four toppings totaled $10.00 extra. The menu says "additional toppings $2.50"; not "$2.50 per topping". I suggest they change their menus to reflect this and have an itemized price list on their receipts so customers know exactly what they are paying for. That was the first and the last time I will ever visit their restaurant/pizzeria again. I was not happy and very unimpressed.
Food and service was FANTASTIC as usual! Highly recommend the garlic knots!

Went here for dinner on an early Tuesday night. I ordered the Chicken Parm special with Ziti and it’s $2 off. Also a side salad and slice of pizza from the case. Staff was very friendly and everything came out quick. The salad was fresh and pizza was good. The breaded chicken was very good as well. Unfortunately the ziti was not good, I actually wouldn’t eat it. As soon as I saw how watery the sauce was I knew it was suspicious. I would say the sauce is a generic / bulk mix and it tasted like it would belong on a fundraiser / budget spaghetti supper, certainly not homemade Italian quality. The Ziti also did not seem cooked all of the way through and was chewy. The pasta combo had smell to it like a hint of cleaner, almost like it was from the chlorine in the village water. Anyways, the prices I think were fair. I will return and would not hesitate to order anything else off of their menu as long as it was not In that spaghetti sauce.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in through the front door, no stairs.
