I ordered from here online via slice app... I obviously ordered at the wrong location because I was in Times Square and it picked up rays pizza upstate here. All I ordered was a single slice of rays special pizza... and they wouldn't refund me because it was "already made." Like honestly you couldn't just sell that to the next customer? I get that I ordered wrong... but this is clearly not good customer service. I understand if I ordered a whole pie... but slices are come and go and easily able to be sold. Fuck this place.

Such a terrible reviews so I was definitely nervous from ordering from this place. Most of the negative reviews, however are around dinners and entrée type of meals versus pizza. I ordered a plain pizza and a white pizza to be delivered totaled $40. I didn't think it was a terrible pizza nor overwhelmingly amazing. I would order again hence the 4 stars. A good average pizza. For my liking, I wish it had been cooked a little more or crispier on the bottom, but it had also been delivered and sitting in a pizza box so hard to gauge. The white pie was very flavorful. I had a nice subtle hint of garlic to it. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet and accommodating, as I had to call back a couple of times due to not having certain information handy and changing of orders and so forth.

While usually good, the veal parm was tougher and with less flavor than a 20 year old dairy cow . Hopefully this was a one off problem, but I will not be back without remediation

I had the worst Hawaiian pizza ever made in NY!! (Don't judge me bro! lol) The sauce was disgusting and the pieces of ham and pineapple were tiny and stale tasting! The personal pie was hastily thrown together and put on a really dry crust!! The garlic bread was just as bad!! It was really dry and had a burnt garlic taste to it. I threw it in the trash after two bites of it!! Whoever prepared this order should be embarrassed to put out food like this!! There's no wonder why they're a low rated so called restaurant!! I won't ever order from this place again, avoid at all costs!!

As of the time of this posting, me and my dad are staying in New York. We came here as our first major meal of our stay, and from what we thought it was overall great. The pizza had the right amount of everything! Some people say that their Calzones taste like sloppy joes, but I would just stick with getting Pizza. The Service is fast, and the communication with the workers is easy. Great NYC Meal!

Pizza was too doughy and tasted old 2 slices n soda for10.45. Not worth it. I rather go to McDonald's This is definitely not original Ray's pizza. The original one was on West 11th street

Only giving this place 1 star because of hygiene practices. This is normally my go to place for pizza however I stopped by yesterday for a quick slice and the young girl behind the counter who was the cashier (who shouldn’t be handling food AND dealing with the money, answering phones, etc,) picked up my pizza with her bare hands (holding it by the crust but still with her bare hands) to place it on a tray to heat it up. Needless to say I was disgusted and won’t be eating here again.

The 1 star is for the Snapple ice tea which was the only good thing. Wee ordered the fettuccine alfredo, it had absolutely no flavor and it cost $16. The beef patty with cheese was so small and burnt. The wings lord! No flavor at all. Will definitely not return.
