I placed an order online and when I picked up the order they asked me for a card and charged me for the order. When I arrived home I saw that they charged me twice once when I ordered online and once when I picked it up I called them and they promised to refund me they never did! I called a few week later the representative said he has no clue what I'm talking about and will talk to his manager who was supposed to get back to me but never did. Except for the fact that they stole from me by overcharging it was dealt very unprofessional.. I'm ordering takeout alot but I'm never going back to this place

Ordered online but didn't realize that It would take much longer to get our order.... So we went into the store and asked if they could have our order ready earlier since we were in a rush... We got our food, and within 10 minutes, we were out! And on a Motzei Shabbos.....

The food is extremely good but the service can be much better...I bought a slice of pizza I asked them to slice it in half I got a small slice and they didn't cut it in half when I asked them why, he told me it's too small, so I asked him why is it so small then he started to ignore me.I definitely recommend their food but I wouldn't go again because of the attitude that I got....
