Went there for Tuesday spaghetti and there wasn’t even enough sauce on it to cover the spaghetti. When I asked for more sauce I wasn’t informed that I was going to be charged for it and upon starting a conversation about it the waitress went to talk to somebody about it and there answer was. It’s all measured out one laddle . The plate beside me had plenty of sauce but mine wasn’t even close to the same amount of sauce. The waitress even said she gets that complaint a lot but nothing she can do about it. Which I responded I’ll never be back again and Still no customer consideration. She just walked away which I understand . But what they don’t understand is I’m a chef and would never serve anything like that I’d be disgraced and would not put my name on it. But what I can’t believe the most is twin leaf casted me aside like it didn’t matter. We got your money and that’s all we care about. No customer relations no nothing . Thank you for the eye opening experience and I repeat I will never in my life time be back and will share my thoughts and experience with anybody who asks. What you did isn’t right !
