Lazy employees who never cook enough Roast Beef. I drove 25 minutes to get there and be told they're out. That's crazy! ARBY'S ran out of Roast Beef?! Isn't that their thing? These owners do not hold their employees accountable. We will never return, instead we will go to the Arby's right down the street in Colonie Center. AVOID these awful people at this location. Dirty store and terrible service!
