Our favorite bakery to go to! They’re the sweetest in service, have amazing food, and such a cute place to sit and enjoy. Love to order a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. Best bacon I’ve ever had and the butter from the croissant makes it so good!

I was soo looking forward to doing business with this bakery AND this was my experience... first they don't answer their phone. Or take orders online. When I did finally speak to someone they could not take my order Bc they were short staffed. Ok I can understand this. He told me to call back later - knowing they close early- I said I would stop in to place an order that I needed for tomorrow. I get there and the owner, so obnoxious, tells me oh no - orders are placed weeks in advance. She then proceeded to boast about her demand. While I'm thinking this information would have been useful to know when I called earlier or even if they had it posted on their website. The sad part was the owner didn't even offer alternatives knowing we had never been there before. We left empty handed. As for the place, we felt it stale and stuffy lacking culture and community. As for the baked goods, we wouldn't know Bc the owner was too busy boasting about how long the waiting list is- emphasizing quality over quantity. So I would say this also extends to customer service.

I would like to respond to @St. Louis Bound ridiculous and unfair review. I have been a customer of Bake For You since Linda opened her first shop on Delaware Avenue and I can honestly say, I have NEVER witnessed Linda or her staff treat a customer with disrespect EVER!! They always welcome their customers with a smile, kindness and respect, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. On the contrary, I have witnessed customers give her staff a hard time because they ran out of a certain baked good and yet, they STILL treat their customers with respect. Before you write another review because you “heard” a story, I would suggest you go to the establishment and make your OWN assessment. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Highly recommended. Friendly owner and staff. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy your scone, cookie (girls best friend is our favorite!), breakfast sandwich or lunch. Quick service and staff will even bring a water bowl out for your pup if eating outside. Support this local small business l!

Have had very good baked goods from this place. The selection is limited and recently went in at about 11AM on a Saturday and they were "Sold Out" the only thing they had was a few pieces of crumb cake. Hard tO recommend a bakery that doesn't have baked goods
