While in line at 10am today. I had to listen to a manager yell across the counter at a customer, who was getting bagels for her mom, for not cleaning the night before. Come to find out the customer was an employee. After customer/employee left the group behind the counter continued to talk very poorly of her. Loud enough so every person in line could hear. If the manager made a sandwich half as good as she complained I would consider returning. Except the food seemed similar to the food you could get from McDonald's or any other fast food chain. Definitely several local places very close by I would rather try.

Well, I see they are making onion bagels again reversing a questionable move to stop making them last year. But if it ain't one thing its another at Stuyvesant. Chronically short on help, employees running ragged...etc. Back to my go to at Bagels and Bakes in Rotterdam. Well staffed and eager to please. Bye Breuggers.

Beware of the young kid at Brueggers Stuyvesant Plaza or else you will get a cinnamon garlic pancake with a tiny bit of cream cheese. This kid was obviously disgruntled. it appears he purposely used hard pressure to squish the bagel flat and he put it into garlic. The wrapper was full of garlic. The kid obviously doesn't want his job anymore.

The bagels were scrumptious and the breakfast sandwich was fine. As usual, we went out of our way to stop there before traveling back to our home in Candor. Well worth the extra 20 minute drive. The staff was very welcoming, efficient, and kind. We'll definitely come back here next time we go to Albany.

Ordered an Herby Turkey. There was literally one other person in line. I asked to substitute onions for avocado, but there was no avocado on it and the onions were still on there. I made sure I said avocado twice. Also, there isn't supposed to be bacon on this and I did not ask for it. I'm usually not one to complain but I paid 8 bucks to get something completely different from what I ordered! Traveled 35 mins to be super disappointed!!

Don’t get me wrong, I love their bagels but this location is constantly dirty even before covid hit. I ran in the other day and the person making the bagels was not wearing a mask and was coughing and touching the bagels with her bare hands. The staff also needs to be trained to be professional instead of just throwing bags over the counter.

Terrible service. Ordered ahead and when I arrived they were closed. Sign said they close at 2:00, time was 1:53. I was then informed after getting them to the door that there were no bagels and they would just have to refund my money. I had placed an order at 1pm, so I would think that would have given them plenty of time to see my order. Never even going to bother with this location again.
