Ordered online on 3/17/24 the Brunch Box and you can’t do edits so I called the store they where so busy but they still helped me and when I went to pick it up they where still so busy but they saw I was an online pickup they grabbed my box and handed it to me .. What an excellent staff.. so busy in the am but still so friendly and helpful.. It’s not an easy job.. so my family and I really appreciated this!

Bagels were great! I haven't had a good bagel in a long time.They are awesome when they're fresh, nor do much when they're a day old.
They finally allow dine-in eventhough covid has been done for 3 years.The prices go up, bagels get smaller.Not like it used to be.Very sad, as they are the only ones who make a proper bagel. Baked and boiled.

So upon a couple of visits here there are specific ladies here that have attitude.Why is this? When I come here to pay my money is just as good as everyone elses.Then they expect a tip with their attitude? I think not.There need to be new employees with better attitude that actually want to work.Why should us customers have to take their attitude? Do better.And it's very offensive to ask customers "did you pay"? Knowing very well you are looking at the customer pay.So don't go there with that attitude either.Employees do better.

So the food was good. How ever, no place to sit? This is horrible. I was waiting for my car to be fixed and walked over foe food. I would have preferred a table but instead I had to sit on a curb. I will never patronage this place again!

Went here with a friend thinking we were going to have a coffee bagel and chat and upon entering all tables and chairs piled in a corner. When asked if there was somewhere to sit they said they haven’t allowed seating in a few years. Pumpernickel bagel and coffee were good but had to sit at Subways tables outside.
The staff here are absolutely wonderful it is by far one of the best bruegger's that I've been to

What a horrible service we got today morning just few minutes back.The two young ladies working don’t even pay attention to my order what I was giving them !!!Totally disappointed!!! They just talk to each other instead of focusing on food they making!!! We didn’t order this what m showing on receipt when I told that lady she started arguing ?

The food is good from here but for someone that doesn’t really go to brueggers the ladies this morning had more attitude than help to give. Was not appreciated at all. I understand people have bad days but do not take it out on your customers. Especially one that just needed a minute to figure out what they wanted to order.
