I typically do not eat burgers at fast food locations but when I do I usually like a Whopper now and then do to the charcoal grill flavor. However this time I was disappointed. Not only did my whopper not have that flavor it was not hot! The cashier got my order wrong when I asked for a meal and then wanted me to pay extra for something that wasn’t my fault, no effort at all to rectify the issue. This really left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be visiting again. I give it two stars because the food was decent.

I am so glad they have the fish available all year round! The sandwich was decent but it is what it is, after all, it is fast food.The staff was awesome!!!!!!?They were friendly, accommodating, and happy, even singing. I have never been in a nicer BK, they made each customer feel special.

The girl that was doing the food needs to be fired, talking back to her manager and messed up my food not once, but twice, gave an opportunity to get the mistake resolved just to get home and have the wrong stuff again, if she focused more on doing her job instead of talking back this wouldn’t of happenedManager was friendly and professional but I’m not driving back to have this fixed again

Was just stopping by for a quick bite and wow the people that were waiting on me were so nice and pleasant they asked me 3 times to make sure they got it right and all. Plus the whopper was so great at this location I'll def be driving the distance I have to go to this location a lot more now.

The only negative was that the food was a little luke warm for me but nonetheless was still tasty. What made the experience fantastic was the associate who took our order....not only was she efficient, knowledgeable an fast, she was just downright friendly was talking with all the customers bringing a smile to each one of their faces. Her customer service is superb an I commented that her manager needs to watch out cause I wanna steal her as an employee at my workplace lol you guys got lucky when you hired her on ? Keep up the good work Momma!
