I was so busy on my phone that it wasn’t until the last sip of my drink I noticed fruit flies were swarming and one of them was dead in my glass of wine. I let the bartender know, paid the tab and got the heck out of there. Just be on the lookout because all I can think of is I swallowed one or more. Yuck! Other than that the food was good and the staff very pleasant. It’s a shame to end on that note. Having been a restaurant owner I understand the dilemma but they’ve got to get that under control.

On the plus side, the restaurant is beautiful and lively, prices reasonable and the staff friendly, but that's all the good I can say. Our waiter was pleasant but overworked and inattentive. Food ranged from just okay to inedible. Ordered bellini cocktails that tasted like frozen peach puree straight from the discount store. Soup, salad and sandwich was awful - a tablespoon of chicken salad on soggy toast, salad with no dressing (despite the waitress insisting it was dressed). Shepherds pie was greasy scorched mess. Kid's corn dog entree was again straight from the freezer and still cold. Avocado wrap was okay. This was our first return visit to the cheesecake factory in many years and we won't be back.

We've dined at a Cheesecake Factory close to home, in Boston, Las Vegas and many more. It's usually a pretty reliable bet especially when traveling. However the Cheesecake Factory in Albany fell far short of expectstions. The food was terrible, almost inedible. I ordered the meatloaf which arrived at room temperature and tasted greasy and stale. You could not even taste potatoe in the mashed potatoes. They were heavy as school paste and less tasty. My wife's meal was just as bad. Service was shoddy as well. At the end of this culinary disaster our waiter informed us they somehow had screwed up our bill and would need time to sort it all out. Wow. I could go on, but I must go wash this aweful after-taste out of my mouth

Smiling, friendly & pleasant staff. Food was served in a timely manner and was hot & delicious. We had the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and Chicken & Broccoli Pasta. Only negative comment is $4 for unsweetened ice tea.

We reserved a table for five on Saturday night. We were seated before our reservation time. Food and drinks were excellent. I must say though, they were out of so many items. So we may do with what they had and still had a wonderful dinner. Obviously we had dessert. The cheesecakes were out of this world. Service was pretty good, as I will give them a slight pass as they were exceedingly busy this night. Will definitely be back, but I’m hoping that there would be more items available.

I wish I could give them less than one star for this experience. What I wanted to be a great night out with my girlfriend turned into me having to send our food back. I ordered the chicken Marsala…it was dry, overcooked and the pasta was undercooked. I also asked for no mushrooms ( a simple request ) and it still had mushrooms. My girlfriend ordered basic 4 cheese pasta and they still managed to screw it up. The cheese at the center was almost frozen, and her pasta was undercooked as well. If you want to feel disappointed, and angry then come here for dinner it’ll be the worst $100 you ever spend. Seriously bad! Go next door and have PF Chang’s instead. If anyone from cheesecake is reading this please check who your chef is on Sunday nights thanks for nothing. 1/2/2022

The food was okay. Not horrible. We had the Cuban and Fried Cauliflower Tacos. Both dishes were cold when they arrived. They were very busy and the staff was working hard. Our server Jeffrey was extremely nice. We did not say anything about the food as they were all trying very hard. Will go again when in town.

I usually eat the cheesecake in Edison, not I try in NY. Nice place, but crowded. Mostly chair is full capacity, but no long time queue. Food taste is same in Edison
A friend bought me here and the food was really good unfortunately it was almost closing time and the server cashier of that Chinese mix restaurant forgot to put in the fortune cookies by the time we noticed the place was closed that's what really means the Chinese American meal watching cookies I hate to tell you

Our visit was nice. We were traveling from Lake George with our dog and needed to dine outside and they offered us patio dining with him. The service was a bit slow, but the food was very good. We were just happy to be able to have a sit down meal with our dog.

We stopped in this afternoon for a late lunch / early dinner. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress Ashlee was very nice, attentive, and quick with drink refills without us asking. We ordered cheeseburger spring rolls & chicken taquitos for appetizers. Both really good with good side sauces. For our dinners we got chicken madeira, white chicken chili, and a chicken parm sub. All really good with the only knock being the sweet potato fries that came with the chicken parm sub. They were undercooked and not crispy. We were stuffed from dinner and ended up taking doggie bags home so we had no room for dessert...this time. We've had their desserts previously and they were always good. The restaurant was also very clean. Definitely recommended!

Me and my family used DoorDash to get our food as we were staying at the local Homewood Suites. The delivery person was quick in getting the food to us. The food was hot and tasted good. I would have given this five stars but the restaurant did not provide any napkins or plastic silverware. Other than that no issues

Good service this time in this location..having 2 children with me almost at all times, it's good to come to a location like this where the pillars and booth walls are high and it's a little noisy inside which makes a good combo with not so quiet children lol but the dimmed lights and pretty good food even for a chain restaurant is a reason I'll be heading back. Food is a little overpriced but atmosphere is good and privacy in those booths like I mentioned before make it somewhat worth it.
