The young man working the counter was very nice. However when I went to get napkins there weren't any. I went back to the counter and a girl was there with a clipboard. I said "excuse me" 3x before she turned around. If looks could kill I'd be dead. She never adressed me just walked in the back after I asked about napkins. Totally unacceptable behavior. I left.

Food is alright at best but their drinks are so bad. Got a vanilla matcha latte with cold foam but they forgot the cold foam and the matcha might as well be milk.

Great service from friendly workers! The employees know what they are doing and Shift Leader Samaria does a great job greeting customers with a friendly welcome! Would recommend to anyone around the State Capital.

This is a typical Dunkin's as far as its menu is concerned: same highly processed donuts and baked goods, same ultra-zapped breakfast sandwiches and hot items, same bland coffee as you'll find at any other Dunkin's anywhere else. The location is unique, though. It's the only public concession, as far as I could tell, inside the New York State Capitol. Yes, I know that the Capitol is linked to other buildings with concessions of their own as part of the Empire State Plaza, but if you're a staffer or visitor here and you just need a bite or a drink *now*, something's better than nothing, especially if it doesn't involve schlepping across more flights of stairs or long, above-ground or underground passageways. You can use the addictive Dunkin's app to order ahead, cash in on targeted deals, and/or rack up tons of bonus points. The interior is large and spacious - plenty of seating and quite clean when I stopped by. And given that Dunkin's is so strongly associated with Boston and New England, I gladly patronized this outlet given that it sits at the epicenter of Noo Yawk's political establishment. Now if only they had "Sweet Caroline" playing nonstop on the speakers, that would be icing on the cake. ;)

Wolf Man!

It's very nice to have a dunking so close in the capital, they are usually very fast with orders, employees are very nice, and usually get the order right without any issue.

I rarely review chains because the experience usually varies every visit. However this Dunkin’ Donuts is the most consistent one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going here multiple times a week for months and my order is always correct, fresh, and timely (even though they are PACKED with state employees)... The staff here are friendly and fast.

Great group right now. Food and drinks are pretty good. Depends who makes it. Wish they had more people working morning to noon. Can be long line. Even on the go people have to wait.

Saddest piece of avocado toast I’ve ever seen. Does not come with tomatoes like advertised. Tables were not clean so took the unappetizing toast to go. Will not come back to this location!

This Dunkin is a gem. The staff is always friendly and courteous even with the boatload of customers they always get. Nevertheless, they are always happy to serve you and provide the best drinks and food. I highly recommend this dunkin!
