Overwhelmed staff did not perform well. I left after standing in front of the line for about 10 mins without being served. I went to McDonald's next-door and was in and out in under 5 minutes.

My sandwich had a english muffin that was cold and not toasted. Then the Peppermint Mocha Latte for my wife was a Peppermint Mocha Coffee. Which both are disappointing because we live so close and didn't have breakfast after helping our family leave the hospital today. ?

I regurally come to this dunkin and put up with the additude and incorrect orders and overcharge because it's the closest to my house but I draw the line today cause I brought my dog to this dunkin like I had so many times before cause it's her favorite thing to do and I made sure to order ahead so it could go quickly and easily. The additude was disgusting as usual and things on my order were forgotten and the things they did remember had things incorrect even when it was clearly written on the sticker. It's not like they're busy, this dunkin is almost always deserted. As she was handing me my dogs whipped cream cup I was setting the other things in my car and she kept gesturing it at me annoyed that I hadn't taken it yet even though I was putting a bag and my drink beside me. My dog is very old and we think it will be time soon to say goodbye to her so I wanted to make this special memory with her for the last time and it was soured thanks to this stores constant lack of care and blatant additude. I'll drive a extra 7 minutes to the other dunkin from now on, lesson learned.

Too often they've lacked ingredients or have cleaned a machine, meaning they've taken away a portion of the menu. Who wants a hot coffee on an 87 degree day? They've also repeatedly put too many or the incorrect flavor pumps too many times. If you *need* dunkin, drive the 5 minutes to a different one.

Been going here for atleast 15 years and it's always sucked. They've hardly had employees who care or who are kind. They don't care what you ordered or how you ordered it. They do it their way. Nothing is ever constantly. Just spent $30 for a half ass order. Literally they gave me half the order, wrong coffee but insisted it was right tho it's a black coffee so obviously not right, and they didn't have a ticket for my order, had to keep looking at my phone to see all the things they were missing. I hate this place. I hate wasting money. You could pay me to do it all and I'd do better than their entire staff.

I spend about $10 at Dunkin’ Donuts every day. I’d have to say this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area you give them your order you order a tea you get a coffee you tell him five creams you get one cream you order bacon on your sandwich you get none, terrible customer service and when you give them their order there they say yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. It’s quantity over quality there.
