One of the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Also don't even wear name tags to know who to complain about. Absolutely wretched place.

Do not give them your business, they are rude. The lady by the name of Shyanne was rude and nasty to me. And was on her cell phone the whole time, while taking my order. Then got mad at me for no reason, All I wanted her to do was take me order. And she got a attitude for nothing, so unprofessional.

Male employee there was very rude... really didn’t like how he spoke down to me after I politely asked why my frozen chocolate didn’t have whipped cream (pretty sure it’s supposed to come with it considering it’s online description even says it’s supposed to have it). Very aggressive tone and seemed like he was in a bad mood.
The manager is extremely rude and talks poorly about her employees and employees of Walmart she does not throw out her expired meat and egg and cheese products features places them on top of fresh product even when it's expired they do not brew dark roast coffee they give you a regional coffee with a shot of espresso in it and call it dark roast they are a horrible place to eat they save bagels and croissants and muffins from the day before and wrap them in trash bags and serve them to the customers the following morning this is not Dunkin standard and it is not FDA standards either. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to dine and get your beverages!!!!

Order a 2 for $5. Moved over to pick it up. Stood and watched 2 same orders go out the drive thru several minutes after I ordered. When I inquired about the wait, the person making the sandwiches made a few remarks that were uncalled for. When I got my order of course it was cold. I'm done with Dunkin Donuts, this is not the first time I have had a bad experience ed at this store. Absolutely disgusted with service .I will be sure to share thisexperien e with othersand p
