This Dunkin’ Donuts is awful. For the last 2 weeks they can’t even get an order right in the morning. The one guy who I believe is a manager is the worst. Today he asked what kind of donut I ordered and then threw the bag to me and still didn’t get the donut right.

The cheese and egg croissants are always overcooked or burned. No matter what Dunkin Donuts, you go to, but one.
Place is hidden next to a gas station. When you travel around, you are attacked by overgrown bushes. Their intercoms are also broken so prepare yourself for some blown out ear drums.More than once I've been told that the drive-thru is closed because they don't have enough workers. Avoid this place unless you want the gamble and really need dunkin.

Usually don't have donuts that you order online, and therefore your order isn't ready when you try and pick it up. I will need to go to the other dunkin down the street.
Terrible morale and attitude by “workers”. Management has worst attitude because she couldn’t get her cigarette break. Coffee was burnt. Bugs on donuts. No wonder no one wants to work there. And the drive thru needs to be trimmed. It scratched my Bentley paint.

Back in Albany and loving my Dunkin'. Whenever I am back in Austin Texas for a bit, people often ask me what I miss from Albany. Two things, NY Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts. I grew up on Dunkin' in Michigan, and didn't realize how much I missed it after 20 years in Texas until I moved to Albany. They are all over the place, and because of their size their offerings are decent, consistent, and tasty. I can always rely on the coffee tasting great. Not like other high end places that sometimes burn the coffee. Plus their donuts and food are always fresh and hot. The best part is, you won't burn a hole in your wallet, especially if using their mobile order app which is great. I just tried this one, which you can miss since it is in a gas station. The service was fast and food good. Loving my Dunkin'.

I love dunkin' and they must have their machines calibrated just right because it's perfect every time, however, their service is the worst around. Nasty and young entitled teens with awful attitudes.

placed a mobile order for as frozen chocolate an iced latte and two grilled cheese the lady told me to cancel the order which you can’t do and told me to come to the dunkin inside colonie center the lady at colonie center than told me they can’t do it so i wasted $27 and the lady refused to give me

Almost half an hour ago, 1351 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205 I got a coffee from your dunkin donuts branch. medium size regular hot black coffee - this coffe price $3.24 ? i always get the same size same coffee from dunkin donuts but this time it was too expensive I wanted a receipt, but the girl working at the drive thru rudely said that she could not give a receipt because the machine was not working.

I used doordash to get delivery from this dunkin and i received it without cream cheese on my bagel and literally no donut that i paid for. Worst ever and doordash won’t even refund me

It was very sad to only see one person working. They were stressed from all orders and were out of a lot of food. If there was one more person, I'm positive that everything would have been better.Please stop only scheduling one person for a shift.Parking: The drive-in line is also a one car lane. This is a problem if others would like to go around you. I had two cars behind me waiting for me to get my food. This only caused more stress for everyone.
