Store struggles to keep donuts in stock past 9am. There are two schools and a hospital nearby. You would think they'd do better having donuts in supply past the morning rush. And at all cost, AVOID MOBILE ORDERS! They'll screw you over every time.

I live in Boston and go to D&D’s all over New England. Unfortunately, the D&D next to my Mom’s in my hometown of Albany is the WORST. Their first strike was when I went inside to order and had to wait over 2 minutes to be addressed with a simple hello and was ignored by the staff which had no courtesy. The next time I visited my Mom and went to this D&D I ordered an english muffin for my breakfast sandwich from their Drive-Thru and they used a croissant instead. Today, I went to their Drive-Thru and waited over a minute in dead silence before I said, “Hello”. And it was another 30 seconds before a women said “We’ll be with you.” And it was another 30 seconds before a man took my order. Moreover, when I drove up to this D&D their parking was empty and no customers were inside. I was simply ignored. I have worked in the food & services industry for over 30 years and have never been to a business establishment with such poor customer service. It breaks my heart that the city I grew up in 30 years ago has changed for the worse and their is business next to my Mom’s that STINKS! ? D&D ?????????? ?

No plain donuts, No caramel, No juice. The bagel I got didn't have enough cream cheese on it to cover one side of the bagel let alone two.This can be expected in this day and age

As I was leaving, an employee went into the bathroom with her Apron on. That is a health code violation.
WARNING!! If I could give this Dunkin location 0 stars I would. Aug 26th 2023. Went through drive up. Very rude female person. Ordered a large americano with steamed almond milk. They gave me a latte which we already said we didn't want. I went inside to get it corrected. Handed me my drink with a lid. I gave a tip to this rude person for helping me. I accidentally partially tipped over my coffee on counter or floor. This server turned their back in me without a word and started fixing other orders. Took lid off my coffee and it was black. So asked again for some almond milk which I received without one word. Terrible experience. No one needs rudeness to start their day and have to pay for it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are so mean and rude for no reason. They intentionally mess with customers food to make fun of them or be mean to them. For example, if you ask for toasted they will burn your bagel and if you ask for extra cream cheese they make fun of you and put a ridiculous amount of it on there. My bagel was over toasted so it hurt my jaw. It’s not funny and they are so mean. Extra cream cheese just means the person wants a little bit more than the normal. They are wasting company resources and money. If they don’t want to do their jobs then they should find a new job. What terrible people. It makes me upset because I always am so kind to them but they are just terrible. They hate their customers and think they are an annoyance well okay I’m never coming to this location again. I’m not paying this much money to have my food messed up and be treated with disrespect.

Not Your Business
Updated review: my review from last year was a one star, nothing but bad things to say. Recently my husband and I have been going back to this one due to always being in the area. This new crew they have are on point. Drinks are always good, staff is friendly and talkative, if mistakes happen they happily handle it, it’s a complete 180 from how things were last year. We’re happy to come to this one now and it’s one of our top three favorite ones in the area.
