Y'all think you are slick. My location's management went back to their old bad practices after I took a break & spent my $ with small local coffee shops. I went back. You once again are opening with only one person in a dangerous part of town. And you seem to be shifting around the hours you are open. I have written corporate once. This place is short staffed so long waits on busy days. Occasionally they get my order wrong and I only order one thing, regardless of in person or mobile order. On the busy days, they work hella hard though, I give them that.

Probably the dirtiest and slowest Dunkin' Donuts in Albany maybe the entire Capital District. The employees are always incompetent and constantly rude to the customers. I strongly recommend going someplace else for a coffee.

Staff and service is great, but it is SO HOT in there. It’s been like this for months and I can’t believe the owners haven’t done anything to fix it!!! There’s some janky machine that looks like it’s supposed to be cooling the air but does absolutely nothing. I feel so awful for the workers who have to then be surrounded by ovens and hot coffee when it’s already so hot in there. How is this environment safe or legal for the employees?!

Very dreary location, which can't be helped, however the staff could have been more pleasant to balance out the situation. They did not have any milk at 8am on a Thursday, so had to substitute. They told me after my order that they were out of the Roasted Chicken Wraps, so had to get the Chorizo Egg wrap instead. The young lady taking my order didn't seem to know where all the buttons on the register were and had to ask for help. She also was not really friendly, but was not rude either.
