Service here was absolutely atrocious. I approached the store very happy to get my mid morning drink and food but as I walked in this completely changed. The workers at this establishment are entirely disrespectful and they lack decorum. As I was waiting in line I watched those adult bullies make fun of everyone who got in line to order. Behind the cashier the other workers were sighing every time someone ordered. They are miserable and obviously hate their job. Dunkin needs to hire people who actually want to do a good job those people that I met today do not deserve the money. On top of this my drink was not made correctly at all it was completely different from what I wanted. This is absurd and I will not be going there again.

Homeless people are always trying to camp out here bathroom suffer because of that the staff really try and keep up but their priority is making food as it should be they really just need a security gaurd to solve the problemParking: No more then 6 spots in the whole parking lot

Horrible couldn't get the deal I was offered for signing up for a dunkin rewards account, the app wouldn't let me pay in store although it offered that option on the app to pay with cash in store and then they didn't have giftcards for me to buy in order to add the money to My dunkin rewards account so i could get the offer i was promised for signing up, I asked for manager and there was not one on duty, they only wanted Me to add my credit card number, it was very suspicious and the place was not clean

I recently moved into the area. I've been to this location three times now. The service, the exterior of the store, and the inside of the restaurant all have one matching quality... filthy. The staff are flat out rude. They lack professionalism and a smile. The place is always dirty inside and out. The school children patronize a lot in the morning, so perhaps the store will not lose sufficient income as a result of poor service and hygiene, but I won't be coming back.

Drinks were good, person working there was pleasant. Order came out quickly and if it was a little nicer it would have been a pretty perfect experience. But they need to invest a little in the "infrastructure."
Have lived right down the road from this Dunkin for over two years now & am nothing but nice to the staff. I am about to give up completely. They are SO rude - you can literally hear them complaining about customers behind the counter.

There seemed to be safety concerns with the presence of individuals engaging in inappropriate activities nearby, such as solicitation and drug-related issues. To improve the overall environment and ensure the safety of customers, it would be advisable for the establishment to seek assistance from the local police or relevant authorities to address these concerns.Despite this, my experience inside Dunkin' was excellent, and I highly recommend it for their exceptional service and freshly brewed beverages.

They didn’t have the crunch for my drink I get the stuff runs out I’m upset because the lady that served me didn’t tell me they were out so I paid for a drink I could just made at home.. I very upset I wouldn’t have waisted my money had I known.She was freindly so I ended up just leaving instead of getting a refund and leaving
