The staff here have terrible manners. This location knows that they can churn out money just because they’re the only game in the hospital at a certain time and the hospital staff are desperate for a place to order food at night. They should be ashamed how they treat customers, act like they care, and maybe put more effort into cleaning as well.

I understand staffing issues and don’t mind a wait but I can’t count the number of times I have gotten the wrong order. I have a sensitive stomach so the wrong food can mess me up. Also the staff seem to get upset when I have to correct there mistakes or missing parts of my order

Never anything prepared for night shift employee’s until 5am…. Food is always rushed, and burned…you can tell the staff does not care much

Drinks are very hit or miss. One day I ordered an iced coffee with oatmilk and equal. They handed me and unsweetened black coffee. It should be obvious to someone at a coffee shop that a drink was made wrong if its black, but calls for some form of creamer.

Look, they are in the hospital, they have a hard job, because tons of people are coming through on their worst days. They have always been so polite and exceptional. This morning, the app charged me, but somehow it didn't come through on their computer. They checked my app receipt, and immediately took care of my order. I enjoy coming here. They are fast and most importantly, exceptionally polite and understanding.
My daughter got an ice coffee and it tasted like it had chemicals in it.

This Dunkin' doesn't deserve even one star. They are located inside Albany Medical Center. People are dealing with enough. They don't need to deal with rude, condescending, and incompetent staff. Beware. They ignore mobile orders. They overcharge when paying at the register. Beverages are almost never made correctly. Never ask for it to be remade. They will tell you they know how to do their job and ignore you... Sad.

BEWARE!!!! This DUNKIN has a towing SCAM with Joe's Osborne Street garage!! I was a paying customer at 11:45am, sat and drank my coffee at the restaurant and then walked to Keybank 2 storefronts down for less than 25 mins. When I returned and ordered lunch with my colleague I was waiting for at 12:45, I discovered my car was gone. In the VERY short time I stepped away, the manager Megan had called the tow service and had my car towed! Signage does state it is for customer parking only, but as a NYC resident and paying customer within the hour I couldn't believe this was possible!! When I went to retrieve my car from the garage I discovered that the manager there has a daughter working at that Dunkin'. Someone is clearly getting paid off in their little scam! I could understand if it was a busy lot, but it wasn't even full and I was a PAYING CUSTOMER TWICE WITHIN THE HOUR THEY HAD ME TOWED AND HAVE THE TIMED AND DATED RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT!

It's located inside the hospital near the ER and is 24 hours which was great for us staying across the street at the Hilton Garden. We went late and they had a good variety of donuts, the coffee was great.
