I ordered a coffee after work, normally I am in my own world and just wait for my coffee. However, I was having trouble because Kiki was on the phone while working talking about their personal life loudly in front of all the customers. She was using a lot of vulgar language and was bad-mouthing the establishment. I doubt I'm going to come back to this Dunkin.

The services is terrible. The employees are disrespectful, unprofessional, unwilling, unkind. They go out their way to be spiteful mess up your orders don’t allow people to dine and complain about everything out loud have no professionalism whatsoever. The atmosphere is absolutely disgusting with the demeanor that they carry Food they don’t even try don’t waste your money coming here they all should be fired

I live nearby so I frequent this Dunkin often over the last 5 years. The staff has gotten worse and worse. They are slow, rude, and inattentive. I have seen them argue with customers and just plain provide bad customer service. They hide in the back and don't come out to wait on customers, they close down equipment hours before they close so they can't make specialty drinks, and they close before the posted time. Overall a terrible Dunkin.

Today I ordered a 2 ice matcha latte with two vanilla pumps and sweet cold foam, and these workers work so slow I waited like at least 15 minutes, but this isn’t the problem when I finally got my drink it had no tag on it I wasn’t even sure it was mine because it didn’t have the cold foam so I asked if it was ours to confirm and the worker had a attitude giving me a eye roll like, for what, and all she said was “is it matcha?” I said “yes” and she said “then it’s yours” OFC BC I ORDERED A MATCHA, But her other employee wanted to look me up and down as if I did something wrong when I was mad nice

When I tell you these are the RUDEST and most CHILDEST people who work here, I mean it. So I order a drink with sweetener a , my drink is made and I take a sip, but they forget any sweetener in it so I ask them if they can make it again, of course they make it again because I'm a paying costumer. BUT THIS GROWN WOMEN wearing a bun HAS THE NERVE to call me a bitch when I walk away? when I was very respectful about the entire situation even started the conversation with "sorry to bother you".I just hope that they can realize that they are in costumer service and if my drink isn't made right I am going to bring it back, and just because you mess up my drink and I bring it back to be fixed is not me being a bitch have Some goddamn respect.

Don't bother ordering a drink without ice, they'll tell you the manager says that's not allowed while other shops allow it and it's an option on the app. Finding a new coffee shop.
