Respectfully, they can't handle the morning rush hour. It's very dysfunctional. They just can't handle dealing with more than one customer at a time.The food is dunkin. It is factory food.. That's not a terrible thing. But if you're on a time crunch, this is not the place to go. They never have toilet paper in the bathroom and they never have Napkins. I learned a valuable lesson and that is to make breakfast at home. Don't buy it, it's not worth it. It's not worth the money. Unfortunately, you go to places like these. Because there are times where you really do need to address things and you want to save time. But this is not the place to do it. Expect to wait 30 minutes.

Parking: VERY SMALL parking lot directly outfront. There are usually a couple of spaces for parking on the one way street next to it. Not easy to get out of parking lot due to the high volume of traffic throughout the entire day/night(this location is directly across from St. Peter's Hospital)

I Absolutely Love this location! It’s the ONLY location that I can trust to get my drinks from. They NEVER get them wrong. I only drink iced coffee and the refresher’s they’re never watery or lacking flavor! Solid Dunkin' on Albany's South Side.It's location is narrow, with a little 6-spot lot up front. This Dunkin' has been thoroughly revamped. The windows shine. The coffee is fresh. New posters galore. Our donuts were satisfactory and very squishy. That being said, most reviews below that knock this Dunkin' are either from 2008, or critique some poor helpless employee on Yelp.. especially reviews that are a half sentence, or by reviewers with *2* reviews; should not be given much heed! Our experience with Liam was excellent, courteous, quick and easy. My donut was designed nice by a baker, but was upside down in our paper bag. Careful with those donuts kids..Review: 5, new Dunkin'

Wonderful ambiance. Took my wife and 9 kids here for mothers day and they carried my wife around the establishment on a chair. The service was nothing short of life changing and I am not the same man I was before coming here. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say this place has made me a better father, brother, and even lover. I would recommend the coffee roll.

Depends on when you go. Manager is very speedy and keeps the service up to speed. Occasionally, due to the hospital crowd, the line is very long.Parking: I'm usually able to park, but lot is small. Good thing most of trade is walk-in. It's very tricky to get out to a very busy street.

Worst dunkin I ever been to, staff are lazy, always leaning on counter to take orders, always talk to each other & very slow on getting orders when you walk in and at times when ordering on app to pick up, half the order is not ready, never a manager around when you ask, shouldn't take 15 minutes on 2 items especially. GET IT TOGETHER DUNKIN!
